** UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW- 6//16/23**
Unit fixed by an honest company in 1 hr. Blower motor was replaced and issue fixed. I see below Air Dynasty Keeps saying the unit was old (true) and they were multiple issues with the unit INCLUDING melted wires. Jack, the service manager, told me so over the phone. He also told me home warranty company “condemned” the unit. Also false.
Sales must be really bad or commissions really good to try to sell me a new furnace in summer when all I needed was a blower motor. Will never use this company again and will use every tool at my disposal to discourage folks in the Spring, Tomball and Cypress área to use them. I will also be letting the home warranty know what kind of games they like to play.
PS: I don’t have any complaints about the technician who came out. He was professional and diagnosed the unit correctly.

BEWARE! Instead of fixing a blown out capacitor, or a blower motor, they will tell you, and file a false claim with your home warranty company, that you need a whole new furnace, which YOU, the customer would have to pay for. They will use the words “home warranty company condemned your unit and therefore it can’t be repaired.” All lies. You have been warned. 3 days since my A/C broke and still not fixed because these guys want to upsell me. I have had this exact same repair done before on the other A/C unit at same home

I would have to give a review of this company that I was their customer before coming to join the ranks of Air Dynasty! Efrain and Ariana are absolutely amazing and a joy to work for! The staff is committed and hardworking to taking care of customers. Companies like Air Dynasty is what makes America Strong and I’m blessed to have seen them do amazing work and also be among the ranks of hard working Americans who care about our neighbors and our customers. I am absolutely satisfied with my services! From the techs that came out to look at my system, installers, and even the VP Frank they were able to get everything done and some! During instalation we had a (Manufacturing) hiccup but it was handled with class and professionalism and they got everything handled immediately and took the extra measures to make sure I was 100% satisfied!

Our technician Dario was fantastic, he helped identify the issues with our AC unit and spent time explaining it to me and what was needed for repairs. Very professional and actually cared about our situation
