Excellent company from first contact through to service completion. When I first contacted Air Dynasty, Sarah was phenomenal in customer service. She was emphatic in my concern and listened and noted the issues. She was extremely pleasant and a true joy to deal with. The service call was setup and communication regarding call time was punctual. George showed up and was extremely professional and nice. He was thorough in his assessment and able to fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend this company!!!

This company is very shady. They were sent by my home warranty company to fix my leaky AC. No communication from them on when they would be out for about 3 to 4 day until I followed up called. When the tech came, my husband was home he said it was fixed, but he found some a coil that needed cleaning, I asked how, as we just had it serviced. He said because of the leak. It would be $600. to clean the whole system and $200 for the 1 coil. I told him to do the coil and paid over the phone. Mind you, they should have advised the warranty company 1st & as I was out, I didn't think about it. I just paid. Only to later find out they never notified the warranty company and charged me which they were not supposed to. Only to not show up to clean the coil I paid for with my Ac still leaking. When they were called to ask when they would be there, they said that the order was canceled because Frank Delgado said that the cost was not profitable to do the job for $200. As a job like that is $1198. So why did you advise you could do it for $200. And now they will not honor it. If I could offer negative stars I would.

Replying back, the scope of work did not change from the time your tech reviewed it from the time of your 1st quote to the time of the 2nd quote, so do not lie. Your employee blatantly said his boss Frank Delgado said that was not enough for the work as it was a 2 man job. When your employee called to advise of the issue and offer the quote 2 days before he said it also was a 2 man job and the cost was $200.

Do worry, my next step is BBB for your shady practices July 6th rebuttal.

If anyone is looking for a great ac and heating company this is it! This company is reliable and dependable. They take pride in their work and don't leave until your problem is fixed. Pedro ,a very nice gentleman very professional he came and introduce himself. Great smile hard work did his job very diligent and explain every detail. He worked in this 92 degree I offer him glass of ice water to cool off. He was thankful I check on him ask him was he okay. God is good and he seen good people your way. If you're looking for an awesome air conditioning and heating repair company, look no further than Air Dynasty AC & Heating!!!! Our houses heater went out during cold weather, the whole system went out so we needed a new heater. From the diagnosis, to purchase, to installation the repair took about six hours. The crew worked until 10:00 PM on a weekday to ensure my family had heat at night. I want to thank Jon, the salesman, and Pedro the electrician who made sure we purchased the right system and that the new heater was installed and worked properly. I also want to thank the installation crew who worked until 10:00 PM. This company cares about the systems they sell and back it up with a great warranty. Thank you Air Dynasty AC & Heating, your service is second to none!!!

I appreciate that this company sent Edgar out on a holiday. The day right after I called in my problem. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to ensure my unit was working before he left. I would use them again if I have another ac problem.

****This is a very long post****

Wednesday 6/21/23 an Air Dynasty repair man came to my home to look my ac unit.

He asked what was wrong. I told him that the unit does not come on. He checked the ac.

I received a call from a supervisor who told me that the back compactor needed to be replaced. He told me that American Home Shield covered this component. He suggested that I clean the system which would be $550(evaporator coil replaced last year). This is something that is not covered by American Home Shield. He stated that I could just clean the condenser for $225. I agreed.

Once the compactor was replaced and condenser was cleaned, the ac unit did not come on.

The repair man looked at the breaker and the electrical box next to the unit and told me that there was no power going to the ac unit and I needed an electrician.

He said that he was going to continue to try to figure out the problem. Later, he called his supervisor who told him to see if the compressor was grounded.

He came back inside and told me that a supervisor was going to call me before 9pm. I never received a call.

I called you all Thursday afternoon , I was told that Mr. Delgado would give me a call within the hour. I didn't receive a call.

I got an electrician to come out to look at my breaker box and the box outside. He did not see a problem. He changed the breaker to ac just to be safe. We turned on the ac. It ran for 3 hours the house did not cool.

Monday I called your office at 8am. I held for 40 minutes. I finally talked to Christina(helpful , empathetic,& professional) who told me that I had to contact American Home shield again for a recall visit. I did that.

Eventually, I was scheduled for Wednesday 6/28/23 1-8pm . On Wednesday, no one came.

I got a hotel room for the night.

I called Thursday morning. I talked to Christina who explained that there was a system glitch as a result my appointment was never put on the technicians route.

Another appointment was scheduled.

On Friday 6/30/23 another repair man came and confirmed that compressor is out.

I received a call from Rolando who told me that a field supervisor has to come out to discuss what America Home Shield would cover.. Another appointment which is entirely too much.
This is day 11 no ac and day 9 since the misdiagnosed the problem

I talked to Mr. Delgado on Saturday 7/1/23 who I found to be extremely combative. He did not address any of my concerns. He did even apologize for the inconveniences that specifically misdiagnosing the problem, never calling me back, and missing a scheduled appointment.

I asked for a refund for the $225 for cleaning the condenser was completely unnecessary considering it has to be replaced. He agreed

I asked to be refunded for a hotel stay because they did not make the appointment that they scheduled me. He declined stating the I am American Home Shield's customer....Really sir???

I am extremely disappointed with them.

The prior service provider installed the wrong size capacitor and burned out my motor. Michael delivered superb service. He explained the issue, replaced the part and gave enough time to recognize that more was needed. He spent three hours and got my unit running like new. I'm very thankful and impressed by his professionalism and character. I'll definitely use them for future needs.

The front office staff leaves a ton to be desired. We have a bumper to bumper warranty with them on our brand new unit. It’s always a super hassle and hard to get them to send out a tech. Even if it’s for a 6 month check per their request. Or if I need them to check other things. They always want yo tell me to call my home warranty company first or they will charge me $99.99 dollars to come out….then I have to tell them…. I have their service contract…. And they need to honor those terms…. They put me on hold A LOT! Why doesn’t it just say? Why can’t they stream line this? I don’t know. Then they call tell me Frank is my tech…turn around less than a minute later calling me to say it’s George….

When George showed up, he listen very very well to what I had going on. He checked the system very thoroughly. He took his time…. Explained what he saw/or didn’t see. Made sure my unit was up and running! He was awesome!!! Thanks George!! You made me feel so much better!!!!!!!

This company was great! Our AC went out and the appointment was able to be scheduled the next day! Everyone in the office answered my questions professionally and had a great/patient attitude. My technician, George, was on-time and very nice! When he called to let me know he was on the way he asked would I like him to call instead of ringing the doorbell so that he didn’t wake my 2 yr old. Never had that happen before lol! By far the best customer service experience I have had with a home repair service company!
