Pedro Soto, the tech who came and diagnosed my AC issue is very polite, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough in what he does. I wish all the techs I have had encountered before are like him. He is an honest person and hoping he may stay that way so your going to have more customers. Thank you very much for sending him. He did an excellent job. 👏

No complaint at all with this company! They were able to come in same day and the technician showed up within the next 30mins. Pedro was awesome in helping me with my A/C issue. He was knowledgeable, well-experience and would highly recommend him and this company.

I have had a very good experience with this company. From the minute I called, the lady that answered was very polite, helpful and managed to book an appointment for me the same day. Then the technicians were very polite and worked very hard to find the problem. Joseph was one of the technician and seemed knowledgeable and was also very helpful in solving my A/C issues.

Pedro, the technician was very polite, well mannered, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. The company was also very understanding of my disease and the urgency of getting both of our A/C units fixed asap. We were under an excessive heat warning saying that our humidity levels would make the temperature feel like up to 114 over the weekend. The company was still able to come out 8am on a Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend them to all of my family & friends:-)

I just love Joseph’s professionalism!!!! He can and got the job completed in a timely manner. This man needs a very large raise for working in this heat to ensure others stay cool. If I ever have any problems with my air conditioner system again he and his company is who I will be calling.

Had an interview at this place told me to come at 9 Am first then told me to arrive at 8:30 Am. I arrived at 8:30 am and took them 30 min for someone to get to me for the interview I was already annoyed that I was sitting for 30 min I should’ve just came at 9 when they got me to start the interview . The guy who was supposed to do my interview frank the owner of the building but he didn’t cause he had other things to do. He told one of his assistants to interview me she noticed I was annoyed by waiting and told me if I wanted to wait 10 min more. That got me even more upset the interview hasn’t even started and she’s coming at me the wrong way. She told me she didn’t like my attitude and didn’t even want to interview me. She basically wasted 30 min of my life and gas money to get to the location. These people need to be more professional with their interview timing. People got stuff to do don’t waist their time and gas money !

Mr.Edgar was on time and very professional and was able to take care of our ac breaking down. I would recommend this company to anyone for the fast and professional service. Two thumbs up.
