Never been before, lots of items for the professional trades or the enterprising individual. Rental equipment as well. Quality name brands. Not sure of their store brand's quality, but the hand truck I purchased was great quality at a fair price.

Always have what I need if not they always get it with no time added to me receiving it.

Large store , lots of tools on lots of shelves ...not necessarily extra high end tools but pretty decent stuff for mid-range users..I have purchased several different things from Northern from a pallet Jack to drill bits and so far no problems.

Everything that was "in stock" on the website was there on the shelf. Alex helped and was excellent.
