If I could give them no stars I would without even thinking about it. They have no customer service. They have no communication between the store, there district manager doesn't care either he's so far stuck up these people. Don't even send your wife or daughter in her because they will make feminist assumptions and treat her negatively for being in there. Then they will try to sell you there extended warranty for everything for another $100 and not back there products out of the box with the warranty purchased.

Today was not a good experience, I was ignored when I came in, when I was finally asked to bee helped they said they didn't have what i needed with no options. I asked for options and the man walked me to any aisle. This is all we have is what I wad told. They actually did have other options on another section. He was to lazy and uninterested in helping. What's worse is he was a manager. Needless to say I won't shop here again.

Did curbside pickup of an awesome set of ez out bits, got an email saying it was ready but had to wait quite awhile. would have went in but a useless mask is required so no more in store shopping for me!

Poor customer service. Don't try and walk in 5 -10 minutes before closing or they will "greet" you at the door with "DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!". "WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE, SO DONT COME IN UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR."
Luckily the customer trying to walk in kept his cool. He just walked off. I put my items down and left as well. These employees really need some training.
This is one reason Amazon is killing brick and mortar stores. Customer Service.

I was in the Grand Prairie location last month and used my debit card to pay for my purchase. Yesterday my card was charged for almost $200 at the same location, only problem is I wasn't there. Seems like something fishy is going on. I called and spoke to the manager and he was not real concerned about my money. Told me he viewed the video and it definitely is fraud but I need to contact the police because he won't give me any information. So thanks for wasting my time and money. Now I get to deal with this credit card fraud because your store is not competent with securing my information as a customer. So now I will file charges on the person who stole my info, and if was an employee of yours, I will be filing charges on your company also.

Awful, won't go back ever. Who ever is in charge of this place please fire everyone who works at this location including yourself. Needed help with some equipment I recently purchased, told to come swing by to the service department, I get there and I can't find anyone for literally a good 8 minutes, I then see the guy who I "think" I talked to on the phone and he says the service department in closed for the next couple of days. I even asked if he could come out real quick since I had the equiptment in the car. He said no and there was nothing he could do. Luckily I kept my cool and just left. I think that's 3 one stars in a row!! Keep it up guys!

The Guys in the Grand Prairie Service Department are Great. They helped me out the same day with replacing multiple parts on my pressure washer (UNDER WARRANTY) after the manager at a different store wouldn't step up and do his job. I have to drive past 2 Northern Tools to get to the Grand Prairie locations, but that'll be my go to Store from now on.
