This place is huge! They have a lot of tools and other equipment at great prices. It’s the supermarket for all who love to work with their hands. I bought some sea foam that was on sale for $6.00. Regular price is $11.00 everywhere else. I’ve heard of the place before and this was my first time visiting here. I was impressed and I will be back

Came by today (Sunday) and an employee walks out, locks the door, and says they are “closed” at 5:10pm. When I asked why the hours of operation posted say open until 7pm he stated “typically we are but today we are closing early”. Drove an hour out here to pick up an order that I need for tomorrow morning.

My husband came to this store and had some issues trying to make a return and Logan was able to get it resolved. The hubby came home and told me all about the experience and how I had to come online and make a review about it. That’s the first time! Thanks Logan for saving me the trip. 😇

Stoped in to buy a edger and has questions I asked for help and not one person came to help. I spoke with the guy up front about it and he did not really care either.

Never get answers to my concerns. Young staff not knowing anything. I placed an order in the store i have receipt and still can get me answer where's my order is.

Not a bad store just bad employe with a bad attitude because she left alone to help cash out customers all by herself, i hope Janelle would take some customers service class or if not satisfied with her job find something else to do. Very por customers service on her part.

Best customer service ever, thanks Lou! I called first to find the product I needed,Lou was extremely helpful, they had what I needed, it saved me several different trips to different stores. The prices were great, and the store was so nice and clean. Love this store. Best experience ever

Very easy to find product & see inventory at home store & get my order in.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. I went to get a refund and they were very rude and they said they couldn't refund it to me because they didn't have any cash in the register even though they did they said they couldn't leave the register without money.
