Choice Air Care

Called on a Sunday and Chris came out the next day. He's very knowledgeable and got my furnace back up and running fast and at a great price. I'm a stickler for finding/using quality people to work on anything in my house....if you are the same, Chris is your guy.

Owen arrived as scheduled and was extremely professional. He was able to repair our AC unit and inspect our system in a prompt manner and we are very pleased with his service and workmanship.

Scheduled a tech to look at our A/C, but when he arrived I was told that it was "normal" for my A/C to run non-stop for 5+ hours in the evening without even looking at my system. He spent a couple minutes explaining why it was normal and then left.

I called Air Repair Pros for a second opinion. Turns out the compressor in my unit was going bad. I had them replace the compressor and our A/C works great again, nice and cold, *very* noticeable difference. My Nest history (img attached) is additional evidence that the repair was needed; you can see the daily running hours drop from 17h+ to 10h+.

I'm sure there are more thorough techs, and maybe my guy just had a long day before showing up, but based on my personal experience I would not recommend Choice Air Care.

Our AC issue was fixed in a very professional way. Toni and Chip Griffith were very polite and professional. I will highly recommend this company for AC repair service. God Bless all the people who works here.

If there were more stars I could give, I’d give them all. Plain and simple — if you call anyone other than Choice Air for your AC, you are a fool.

These people are a rare breed. They will treat you and your system the way they would treat their own and will absolutely *not* try to talk you into anything that’s not needed. By that same token, they will give it to you straight. If your AV will last, they’ll do what you want them to to get as much time out of it as possible.

My AC works right now, but it’s already well-past its prime. When it finally does give out, there will be no other company touching my AC other than Choice Air.

I was trying to replace my thermostat, truned the ac off in the circut box but can never turn it back on. I know nothing about air condition and have no clue after checking dozens of youtube videos. It is hot and it is 11:00 at night. I just googled and happened to see this number with 24 hours service. I was planning to make an appointment for tomorrow but Chris showed me how to check it by myself and try to save money for me. I opened the panel and called him again asking where to get the fuse and he even let me take a picture and send over to him to make sure! I think I found the broken fuse which not only saved me like 150 bucks, but also taught me how to deal with it for the next time. Chris Rocks and I wish I can give you a 6 star!

I waited for all day. My appointment was 11:00-3:00pm 4hours window but no one showed up. I called the company so many times, they said they are coming but they didn’t come! So frustrated with this company. Do not use this company. Please.

My technician, Michael was prompt, professional and very thorough. Additionally, he had a great sense of humor which was welcomed during the pandemic. Choice Air is fortunate to have him representing them .

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely fast. Our AC went out and we called for service at 8:30pm. They had a gentleman here by 9:30pm that same night and we were up and running within half an hour. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

And professional. He made the repairs quickly. The experience with choice air and scooter was great and I recommend both without reservation.
