I have used them through American home shield. The technician who came in to look at the issue was very professional but I had some issue after he fixed it. So when I tried reaching out to them ..I had a very unprofessional behavior from a lady. Instead of taking accountability for their work she started blaming me and saying it’s thermostat that’s defective. But the same thermostat is working perfectly fine with other units when I checked. I hope you guys would give your employe some proper training on how to interact with customers

Fantastic, honest company. Came out to my house to give me the run down on what's going on with my air conditioning. He was detailed, and he explained exactly what was going on and why I was having an issue. These guys are not "out to sell you something". Good, honest company you can trust.

Excellent service, Brad is such and honest man, he came in and saved us from our misery. Having a broken A/C during the summer is bad... Brad took the time to explain what the problem was and took care of it in a heartbeat. I highly recommend his service.
