This company is top notch! They always do what they say they are going to do with no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company not only for their prompt service but also for their great customer service. They always arrive at the time they say they will be there and text and call before arrival. Chris goes above and beyond what is expected and always makes sure the customer is happy with the service provided. If you ever need a new ac or any other service, I recommend Choice Air!

Editing my last review since i can't write more than one.

John and his team came out on 6/28/2018 and were extremely professional and courteous. They installed a brand new AC unit and Furnace in about 2 hours. The response time was quick. John was very kind and even offered to help hang up a sign outside after the job was finished. As long as i live in Frisco, i'll continue to use Choice Air Care for my HVAC needs.

I recently used Choice Air because my A/C unit's compressor went out and the Evaporator was rusted out. Chris came out to my place to see the issue and reviewed all options with me to fit my needs. There was no pressure from a sales perspective and complete honesty in everything he presented. After we agreed on the terms of replacement, the install was done and my house was cool again. I will surely use Choice Air going forward for my maintenance as well.

I was in desperate need of help! Saturday night, no air! Didn't know who to call. So what do you do? Google! I found them and read the reviews. Awesome reviews and associated with BBB!
They're open 24 hours and flat fee for coming out. Weekends, middle of the night, you name it! Sound too good to be true? That's what I thought. Called and someone answered right away. The woman took my info and said some one would be by in the next couple hours, but would call 30 minutes before arrival. Our A/C unit decided to start working and since it was going to be late called to reschedule. Chris was extremely nice about rescheduling (because I knew it was going to happen again). Fast forward to today, Tuesday. Chip came between the time frame given and called ahead as promised. He did his diag and low and behold we needed a whole new unit. Not surprised as this one was 14 years plus! Chip worked to get the price manageable for me and it was a go! Got his crew together and arrived with not only 1 but 4 men to install!!!! Needless to say a job that I figured would go well into the night went a lot quicker. It seemed everyone had their job to do and it went like a well oiled machine! Oh, did I mention friendly?! Yes, all 4, including Chip were super nice and professional! But it doesn't stop there! Skooter is the man that comes after work is completed to check and make sure it's done correctly. Tested both inside and out. Informed us how to maintain. Super friendly as well!
House is cool and now everyone in my home is happy!!

Having to invest in a new a/c unit isn’t exactly a fun purchase, however, when you feel like the diagnosis is accurate, the price is fair and your technician is knowledgeable, honest, & not sales-y, it makes the process much easier. Also, the work was completed in less time than i was originally told......always a plus. I would definitely recommend this company!

Choice Air was amazing service! We called for service at 7:30pm on Friday and by 9:00 we had AC working again! The service we received was fast, courteous, and had a great price! We will tell all our friends about Choice Air for their AC needs from now on! Thanks!!

Had our unit replaced in 2016, have had choice come out a few times for small calls. Skooter just left after finding a loose wire in the thermostat. He arrived well before the expected window of 4:00 to 7:00. Ran through some trouble shooting promptly found the problem and took care of us. Choice continues to exceed customer service expectations and will always be the ones that we call for service.

Cool, calm and collected, Choice Air Care is a group of professionals that really has their act together. They solved a problem with our heater that another HVAC company couldn't fix that was holding up the sale of our home. We were on a tight timeline and under pressure, but they squeezed us in and fixed our heater at a very fair price. Chris also told us they have a $99 combo deal for HVAC Spring and Fall servicing; we're definitely going to take them up on that. I highly recommend Choice Air Care!

Great service! The technicians went over all of our repair and replacement options without being pushy and had our heater fixed within a few hours. This company was professional, friendly and the prices are fair. If you're in the mckinney area and need heating or AC services I highly recommend them.

Chris and his whole team were awesome to work with. He diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options to fix it. They got the job done quickly and followed up to make sure everything was A-OK. They even went the extra mile by removing a "little something" from the attic. I'll definitely use these guys again. Great experience!
