I received a text letting me know that the technician was on the way. They showed up in the middle of the window given. They diagnosed my issues and fixed the problems quickly. They didn't try to sell me a new system or charge me for parts I didn't need. The price was fair and honest.

We are very pleased with the inspection, provided by Chris Miller, of a fowl smell coming out of the furnace that supplies heat to the down stairs living area. The furnace was 28 years old and was more than ready to be replaced. We decided to purchase a heater and air conditioning unit. John's crew was very professional, curtious, clean and amazenly installed both units in 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Choice Air Care. I found them in the Good Contractor's List .

Very professional and knowledgeable technician, arrived at expected time and provided a quick diagnosis. We are doing some price checks with my husbands company before we commit to repairs, he was very understanding of that and didn't charge us for the diagnosis.

We scheduled an appointment and no one ever showed up so we rescheduled for the next day and it took 10 hours to even get a response from the tech. This is bad business.

Great customer service! Our upstairs AC went out. The compressor had failed. The unit was 20 years old. And we didnt want someone to frankenstein it, so we decided to just update it and go with a new unit. I called them up to come give me a quote, and I compared their quote against the other HVAC services gave me. They were cheaper and the AC unit was a better brand than what the other places were quoting us. I also told them about two of my rooms not getting enough air flow upstairs and they redid the box and now we have great airflow throughout the entire upstairs. We went from a 9 seer to a 14 seer for the upstairs. The new unit cools the upstairs very quickly now and is not on as much as the previous unit. I will definitely call them if my downstairs unit ever fails.

My A/C went out in the heat of summer and i figured i would be without for a few days at least. I called that night and they had someone out the next morning. They knew the problem immediately and were up front about my options and the cost. They had the problem fixed that morning and everything has been great since. Would definitely use them again.

Experienced a weekend HVAC mishap when freon line was cut late Saturday afternoon and had AC back in less than 24 hours. Required soldering line, replacing a filter, and reloading 16 lbs of freon. This was accomplished efficiently and professionally following a quick initial response to our request for service. Thanks Chris.

My air conditioning went out today and a friend referred me to Choice Air Care in McKinney. I have to say they were awesome! Great service and the prices were extremly reasonable for what I had done...I definitely would recommend them and will use them again anytime I need work

Highly recommend! I was able to get same day service and Skooter our AC Tech was on time, efficient, shared the diagnosis and recommendations and fixed our AC for a reasonable price.
