So first time just needing regular ac Check window was from 10-2 stayed home to make sure they could show up and get in . Called them 230 said just running behind then waited until 6 . NO call nonshow very unprofessional when other make appointments it’s proper to either cancel or say your busy .

Chip is absolutely the best! 2 years ago I had 2 different companies try and scam me into replacing both units on my house for over $15k. That was after already giving them several thousand. I finally got too suspicious of the multiple call backs and decided to give Choice Air Care (Chip) a call. Still skeptical I watched as Chip showed me where the previous company had sabotaged my units. Within an hour Chip had my units up and running for a minor fraction of what I had already paid the previous company. Chip is the real deal! He actually cares to fix the problem and not to try to take you to the cleaners with unnesseary repairs. I will never let another person ever touch or look at my ac again. Since meeting him I have referred him so many close friends and family. Each of them praise him as well. I recently finally had to replace one of my 14 year old units 2 years after the previous company said they where no longer functional. My other unit is still working fine. Here's one final testament to the character of Chip. It's 10:30pm and he just stopped by to do a courtesy check on my systems!! Both are functioning great! Who does that?? To this day I'm

We had the misfortune of finding out our entire system needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the previous owners of our house didn't do the routine maintenance and the system was shot; A/C, furnaces, coils, everything - 3 systems total. We called 2 other companies for bids, and after speaking with Chip; we knew our choice was clear. He didn't push the high-end systems on the market, recommended what made the most sense for our home, and didn't try to take us to the cleaners. They came in $9,000 less expensive to our next highest bid, were out the next day and had the entire job done in a day. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Do yourself a favor and call them first. Don't waste your time with the other guys!

This is one of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with. Our A/C was blowing hot air so we called. They came by and checked it explained what was wrong, instead of trying to get me to buy a brand new unit was given an estimate of what it would cost to fix. Job was completed for a little less than estimate and because they are honest we saved thousands of dollars over new unit. Now back in a cool house.

Best service around! Chip took time to meticulously clean our coils in outside unit. He made sure to remind us to change filters monthly and always has us staying cool! Very professional and I couldn't ask for better service!

Sit down because this story is crazy. I called a competitor of Chip's after both my A/C units stopped working due to a lightning strike. The "other guys" came out that day, gave us a song and dance about how one of the unit's fans had reversed polarization, I'm not familiar with the correct jargon, and the fan needed replacing and also that we needed to replace the entire system on the second unit and that he checked that our unit was not under warranty. We were quoted $4323.00. We held off on any repairs until we talked to our insurance company. Fast forward to the next morning. After sleeping on it, we decided to get a second opinion. We called Choice Air Care and they came that afternoon. Chip was courteous and professional from the absolute moment he stepped foot on property. He took one look at the unit with the "reverse fan" and noticed right away that two wires had been crossed. Chip corrected the wires and fixed the unit. Literally in five seconds. No fan needed replacing. He mentioned the "reverse polarization" appeared suspicious since even a novice technician would have caught the wire switch. I asked if he thought the other technician may have done it on purpose. Chip didn't want to blame, but he did say that it was possible. Chip then checked the compressor on the other unit, confirming that it did need replacing. He asked if it was under warranty and I said that the competitor from the day before claimed it wasn't. Chip decided to call Carrier himself personally to corroborate the other repairman's story. Lo and behold, he told us that since we were the original homeowner's that our compressor was INDEED covered under warranty. By the end, he quoted us a reasonable estimate for labor and repairs, not even charging us to fix the first unit because he said he thought it was a bad deal on the other guy's part. Chip will be by in the morning to replace the compressor. If you are looking for an honest heating and air company, these are the guys you choose. I cannot believe how honest Chip was and we gained a little bit of faith back in humanity. Thank you so much, Chip!

Highly recommended. I found these guys online when I was searching for a heater repair company and called them up coz they had the best reviews. Their guy was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He repaired an old part in the heater instead of replacing it to avoid me high cost. Very honest people. You can't go wrong with this company.

They do a good job and are decently helpful. However, their communication is terrible. They don’t return calls regularly and don’t provide updates. I made an appointment for noon and no one showed up. I called about 5 PM and they said something had come up and that I was still on their list and to expect a call from the technician. However they never called nor came out. I ended up calling another company who came out immediately.

My AC went out tonight, and I called Choice Air after hours. They came out within 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and resolved in 15 minutes. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!!!!

Very patient! Came out several times to try to save what was left of our old unit. When we knew it was time to replace, a finance plan was presented considering it is the holidays. New unit was installed within 2-3 hours. Very pleased and highly recommend!
