The guys at 72 degrees saved the day! Our a/c went out in the beginning of July. Damien came out and serviced the unit and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. We decided to get a new unit and Richard was straightforward and receptive to our needs. Miguel and his team continued to go above and beyond to install our new unit and talk us through every part of the process. If we could give all the employees more than 5 stars, we would. Just got my new 4 ton heat pump installed yesterday. It is great!! Hugo, Juan and Huber came out for the install and I was very impressed. All three were very professional, polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up when through. They also took the time to be sure I knew how to operate the system before they left. 72 Degrees is a great company to do business with and I am happy I chose them for my new system.

After he finished he explained what he had done, what potential issues he found, and what the consequences of those issues might be. He also explained options I have as an ongoing 72 Degrees client.
