Arrived timely, explained the service to be completed, completed the service, provided us with a complete summary - allowed me to watch and ask questions as he worked. I learned some actions we need to be taking as homeowners. Christian made system recommendations, was very professional, had our interests first. Darryl did scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system today. First, he called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very kind. He educated me about cleaning outside condenser fins, filter use, and UV protection. He did so without any high pressure sales.
After the hottest day of the year I realized my air conditioner had stopped cooling. It was nighttime so I waited until 8 am to call. I was told a technician would be calling me back between 8:30 and 10 am. I had a call back by 8:30 and a technician at my house by 9 am. By 9:15 Christian had diagnosed the capacitor was bad and it was replaced by 9:30 and my house was cool by 9:45. Christian was a very polite and knowledgeable young man and willing to answer any questions I had. 72 Degrees is definitely a company I would recommend for any AC issues.
Christian was very friendly and knowledgeable and arrived within 15 minutes of our call. After completing the service he explained what he did and showed me how to adjust the thermostat correctly and asked if I had additional questions. He made me feel like he had all day to take care of me if I needed it. Great experience!!!
Cory “the technician” was supposed to maintenance my unit….however, he showed up talking and acting more like a salesman and after 1 1/2 hours, left telling me he couldnt maintenance my unit. The reason? Its 10 years old- SO? So, my unit went unmaintenanced, not because I didnt have the supposed tech here, but because he either refused to provide the service or didnt have the knowledge. I have been a member with 72 Degrees for years- this lack of professionalism and now service is beyond anything Ive experienced.
