Our AC unit went out. Con tacted 72 Degrees in Frgburg and a technician was sent out within 30 to 45 mins. Technician diagnosed the problem and suggested replacement of AC unit. Financing was provided. Also provided temporary cooling units until replacement of a new AC unit installed was completed within the same week. We are 100% satisfied with service member team #2, Jacob and Juan. They were people friendly and professional allowing room for questions and very informative in their detailed answers. Also, their work was in a timely manner as they stated. We HIGHLY recommend 72 Degrees service to friends n family.

Alex was friendly and professional. He was early for our appointment but called ahead and asked if he could come by now, which was only 15 minutes early. He was a really nice man.

Richard our sales person was extremely helpful. He did not oversell us and was fantastic at explaining everything so I could understand it. He worked with me one evening well after 5:30. The installation team was professional and attentive to any questions we had during the process. They worked all day until the installation was completed.

It is always tough to have something like your heating system checked and serviced when you are not at the home. Christian was courteous and gave me a call when he was on the way, when he was at the property and let me know my home was locked up. As a company 72 degrees is absolutely top notch.

72 Degrees was responsive, prompt, and professional when we called about our A/C not cooling well. A technician came right away and checked our A/C System. He found a leak in the attic ductwork and repaired it. We appreciate this business and will continue to call them when needed.
