Our AC went out the Thursday night before the Memorial Day weekend. We've had our AC patched for the last 20 years and the technician, Randall, recommended a complete replacement on Friday morning. We certainly understood that this was the case, but we were also aware that the holiday weekend was approaching and didn't know if we were going to have a very hot weekend in our home.

Friday afternoon, Brad showed up and compassionately and professionally helped us choose an appropriate unit for our home and secure financing. A call went out for volunteers to install for us at some point over the weekend, and Miguel and Juan answered the call!

Miguel and Juan arrived Saturday morning, about 45 minutes EARLIER than their 9am appointment time. They effectively, professionally and efficiently got our new unit installed and we had a much cooler home by noon!

My wife and I are extremely grateful to Miguel and Juan for sacrificing part of their holiday weekend for us. You will never know how much you blessed us to not have to suffer through a hot weekend! THANK YOU!

72 Degrees has been our solid go-to for years. Completely customer-focused with excellent communications from the minute you call until the job is done. We use them for regular seasonable maintenance as well as rare emergency response and enthusiastically endorse the entire team. As always, Robert and Joelyn arrived right on time and immediately got to work - we have three HVAC systems in a historic home on a large ranch we use as a second home. Over the course of 35-years+, we have had to replace all 3 units, and upon their recommendation we’ve added UV bulbs, washable filters, anti-microbial pan pads, and made duct repairs they find that are made by attic-critters damaging them. The UV systems have been transformational. They are simply awesome and have noticeably removed all musty odors, smells, viruses, bacteria and microbes like mold and fungi … giving us healthy air for peace of mind for us, kids and grandchildren. Unit-by-unit, they wash the filters and inspect the ductwork, t-stats, compressors and condenser AMPs, voltage, contacts, airflow, duct temps, refrigerant, capacitors, and check every other of the 85 items and notes listed on their safety and performance inspection report at each check-up. For annual seasonal routine maintenance Robert, Joelyn, and other techs arrive with everything that might be needed and spend an hour or more on each unit checking and cleaning EVERYTHING inside and out! And they are always available in an emergency.
Bottom line: Robert, Joelyn, Adrian and other techs know our systems, are competent, and never over-sell us, for example, on changing UV bulbs prematurely. The office staff and field crews are friendly, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and true professionals.

Absolutely astounding response and service. From the time I called on Sunday afternoon till Joey had our a/c fixed was less than an hour. Robert and Jesus troubleshot an issue with my a/c and got it back up and running in about an hour. Robert ran diagnostics and installed a Compressor Saver (Hard Start Kit) under warranty to assist with startup. Plenty of cold air now. Have been a 72 Deg customer for over 10 years, always good, on time and a professional job. Recommended.
