Had to call late at night during the icy weather--office called us back promptly first thing in the morning, tech (Joey) came earlier than expected, friendly, and took care of the issue immediately.

Christian did a great job. He was professional, polite, carefully checked out everything and gave us a very thorough explanation of what he did and anything that needed attention.

Our business AC decided to stop working and our customers were uncomfortable. Called into the office and Macy was very helpful and got us right into the schedule. I have done business with 72 Degrees at various times over the past 12 years. They are expensive, but they explain and present options. They do what they say they will do, and they do it very well. My experiences with the techs have been flawless. This is a good company.

We have had such a great experience with 72 degrees! Our home AC went out during the heat wave and 72 degrees came to help us so quick! They set up to have some relief until we were able to get new equipment installed and they made the whole process a breeze! Our installers Joey and Adrian were so great. They were very friendly and got the job done well! It looks great! Richard was also a very big help in the whole process and made a stressful situation so easy! Thank you all at 72 degrees!

Today, 01/20/23 our heater check up was performed by Christian Berloni. Chris did a thorough inspection. He explained the performance of our units systems and told us how well each was functioning or what we needed to watch out for due to aging. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and very easy to work with. Once again, we are very pleased with the service and care we received from 72 Degrees.
