The office called me Friday to remind me of the Monday am appointment. Alex called me 45 minutes before arriving, and was on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, completed the work in a professional manner, and informed me of his findings and recommendations before proceeding.

He did a great job of inspecting my A/C and repairing anything that needed repairing. He was courteous and professional and asked me twice if I had any concerns with the unit (before and after maintenance).

Alex did a great job. He was very thorough and had a great understanding of our system. He was able to explain it all to me! We look forward to doing business with him in the future!

I called 72 degrees on Labor Day morning after one of our AC units went out. Robert was the repair technician and he immediately diagnosed the problem and did a great job of explaining what was going on and how to prevent future issues with our system. He was courteous and put on shoe covers whenever entering the house. Very happy to have cold air again in such short notice on a holiday weekend!
