I purchased the Indoor Air Quality System (Air Ranger and UV Light) to control allergens, dust and mold spores, just to name a few. I love it! The entire process from the sales presentation (Brad) to installation (Damian) was professional, efficient and very pleasant. You can tell that everyone loves their job at 72 degrees and I love that. Best HVAC experience ever! From the first repair call through the evaluation of our old system to the selection and installation of a new system was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Adrian was thorough in his initial evaluation and we appreciated his patience in answering our many questions.The owner Brad came to our home to discuss all the options, answered our many questions and had a portable AC delivered to use before the install date. Hugo and Juan arrived as scheduled on a cold and rainy morning for installation. They were diligent and efficient in removing the old system from the attic and installing the new. Again, answering all our questions and explaining all the features of the new system. Our new system is so quiet and efficient that we can only tell its operating by the comfort levels in all our rooms!

Our system completely shut off late one day. We called and they responded. The experience of the technician, Adrian, really made a difference. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly.

Had 72 Degrees out for our yearly check of our system. Damian came out and did a nice job and even came a little earlier than the projected arrival time. He checked our system and came down from the attic with a video for us to see what he had discovered needed repair. We were able to get our replacement part in just at a week. Damian came out and replaced the part and was very professional and polite and properly attired for Covid times. We will use them again and recommend to others to call them for service.

The technicians at 72 Degrees continue to provided exceptional service as was the case with my technician Alex. He was very thorough in performing the semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC systems. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and with the level of service he provided in conducting his inspection and ensuring our systems were fully operational. Additionally, he replaced 2 UV lights in our systems in a timely manner especially with the replacement requiring the removal of the air handlers. I would definitely recommend 72 Degrees and Alex for anyone who needs their HVAC system inspected and/or serviced.

We have a 25' x 25' greenhouse that we wanted to heat & cool. Trying to maintain a minimum of 50° and a maximum of 80°.

This was not a "typical" HVAC application but instead of looking at it as a burden, they looked at is a challenge. I was provided with 4 options ranging from industrial grade swamp cooler to several different heat pump options that are suited for our needs. We went with a dual system that was recommended and it seems like a perfect solution.

Team was back out to install wifi modules and wireless programmable thermostats.

This upgrade allows the system in the greenhouse to automatically switch between heating (overnight @ 60°) and cooling (daytime @ 85°).

Christian was very professional and explained everything perfectly.

Joey was pleasant to deal with and was technically very competent. He took time to insure everything was working and explained what he had done. He represented 72Degrees very well.

Called over the weekend and was offered emergency service. Declined and set up for a call back Monday, that happened and tech was readily available. Called on route and showed on time.
