Comfort Masters has been incredible from start to finish. We have communicated and worked with several different people from the company and have been impressed with each interaction. From the multiple visits, to the install of our new unit, the endless questions we had, timely set up and communication and follow up, this team is the real deal! Rondel and Matt have been nothing but professional and thorough throughout the process. We highly recommend Comfort Masters for any AC needs.

Rondel arrived within the scheduled window and notified me when he was on his way. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. He was able to diagnose our issue and execute a solution within a short amount of time and gave suggestions on measures we could take ourselves to prevent the issue in the future. We will certainly use Comfort Masters for our HVAC needs going forward. Strongly considering purchasing one of their service plans.

We were having an issue with our air conditioner. I placed a call and they were very prompt in setting up a service. They were so eager to help. Sean came out and reset our air conditioner. He is a great tech, very courteous and a pleasure. He gave us good information. I hope he will be the one to come for our next service!

I've done business with Comfort Masters several times over many years now and cannot possibly recommend them more highly. Stephen and literally every person I've ever interacted with over the years are very responsive, helpful, highly professional and (maybe most importantly to me) are just very good people. Personally, I would not consider doing this business with anyone else.

Comfort Masters installed my unit and they have serviced it every since. I purchase their yearly maintenance contract every year. It pays off in that we are proactive in upkeep maintenance, we’ve avoided more costly repairs. I have a Trans Heat Pump snd we stay cool and comfortable all summer long. Comfort Masters even came out during the infamous February, 2021 storm and repaired our unit. They’re easy to work with, and Trisha is always willing to work with you getting someone out. Mike came out today and he is personable, professional and hard working and took time making sure our unit is running at 100%. There are A/C companies closer to me, but for as long as Comfort Masters will come out here, they are and always will be my choice.

We had a great experience when Comfort Masters installed our unit in 2017. I knew when our unit stopped cooling, they were the ones I wanted to come out and fix it. I did not use their emergency line, but they were still able to come and solve our problems within 12 hours of contacting them.

Gared was our technician. He was polite, timely, and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, but he gave me the different options and the pros/cons of each. He explained the warranties and maintenance packages as well.

Our AC is now cooling again and running smoothly in this DFW July Heat!

The Technician Sean Devlin was dispatched right away to one of my rentals and diagnosed the issue in minutes, seams to be very knowledgeable about hvac, Sean is very personable, takes time to explain the issue and the options to fix the issue. Great company and highly recommend.

Comfort Matters has been an amazing company to work with. They installed and maintained 2 AC units in our home and when, in the heat of summer, one of our units went down, they replaced it the next day at no cost to us as it was under warranty. Because of my extreme fragrance sensitivity they make sure my service technician is fragrance free. Rondel is professional, friendly, and is 100% fragrance free. Excellent company to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the moment I spoke to their sweet receptionist, I knew this was going to be a different experience. I came home to a dripping AC unit from what I assumed was a clogged AC line. After calling several companies trying to find someone to help, I finally found Comfort Masters who was willing to fit me into their busy schedule. Upon arrival, Mike W. was so professional and made sure I knew every step of the way what he was doing. He answered any questions I had, and he went out of his way to help me put some wood behind the drywall to secure my air vent a bit better as he was leaving! You can just tell this company actually cares about its customers. I will definitely be keeping them as my AC company for all my future needs.
