Comfort Masters has provided consistently excellent service since we moved to Arlington in 2017. Our current technician, JaMarcus Hudson, did a thorough job prepping us for summer. I can honestly say the experience was great from the start. I don’t love having strangers in my home but immediately as I met Sean I could sense he was a super stand up guy. And he was. Completely honest with me about the issues I was having with my unit and walked me through the process and even showed me some stuff I didn’t know that I really should. Very happy with the service. Heater broke on Christmas day, and Jeremy came out on Christmas day to repair the issue. I called several HVAC companies and no one responded except your company. Very appreciative and you created a loyal client.
