My A/C was not working upstairs and it was hard for my children.
As a Father, I had to take things into my own hands and attempt to fix the problem by watching YouTube videos.
Well, I managed to change the capacitor and connector. Hummm!! The A/C upstairs was still not blowing cold air.
I reached out to "Comfort Masters", Amanda listened to my concerns, was very professional and scheduled a Technician visit.
Jeremy shows up, asks me what the problem was. He jumped into troubleshooting, didn't take him long and the issue was fixed.
I thought that the issue was going to require huge HVAC repairs.
As he was explaining to me the problem and what he fixed.
We laughed as he mentioned that I did a great job in replacing the Capacitor and Connector; but I replaced it on the wrong unit!
I immediately signed up for their membership because he was upfront and sincere with me. Especially trustworthy!
I will recommend "Comfort Masters" to family and friends.
My children are comfortable again and that makes my wife and I happy parents.

Great experience. I had a super good technician named Jeremy Vargas. He did an outstanding job. He was on time, friendly, explained things in detail. Had us up and running in no time. Very happy with service of this company. I will definitely use them again.

Technician Jamarcus was excellent. My unit is challenging because it is on the roof and he found a way to access it. When done he gave me a brief on what he found which I appreciated! I am the third member of my family to use them and we all were very pleased with the service.

Rondel was both professional and super friendly. He explained everything he did and gave us tips on how optimize the use of the system. Highly recommend and will call them every time!
