Rondel was prompt, polite and professional. He went over everything with me in great detail. I have an older system and he was able to show me exactly what was wrong but also took pictures so I could show my husband. I was given three options for repairs and some info on products that would add to the life of my ancient AC system. I also went ahead and scheduled an appointment to learn about getting a new system.
I know either way we go we are in good hands. It isn’t very often you have something serviced and they go above and beyond expectations and clearly explain what is going on

Started with a maintenance call and ended with a new system, but through it all the technicians, comfort specialists, and installers were amazing. Respectful and knowledgeable at every turn of the process. They made the process easy and as painless as possible. I’m so happy with this company and their work. I will definitely continue to use them for all my AC needs.

The company has a good communication system. They text and call as a follow up to let you know when the tech is heading to your job. Mike Wagers was our tech and he was professional and knowledgeable. He completed all of the things we needed in a timely fashion. He was easy to talk to. Great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Jason Vasquez was awesome to work with and provided a ton of detail into the work he was proposing. He also troubleshooted the issue that we were having and provided multiple solutions to the problem. Jason and comfort masters have always been great to deal with! 5 stars as always.

Comfort Masters installed our air conditioning system before we purchased our house and treated us as if we were their original customers. Timely service, honest overview, and useful recommendations. Rondel and his son got us fixed, tuned, repaired and back to cool in an hour! They were super professional and thorough, I look forward to using them for many years to come.

Definitely recommend this company 10/10. They were available quickly after setting up the appointment. They kept us updated about their status before arriving. And the appointment itself went extremely well. We got our services completed along with some very good recommendations for additional services they can provide to keep my hvac in great shape. Next time we use this company I really hope Rondel is our technician. He is knowledgeable, professional, and the quality of his work is excellent. I use Comfort Masters for preventative maintenance 2x/yr. Rondel is always very thorough. He takes videos/pictures, which add helpful context when he’s explaining any concerns. He has good recommendations for prolonging the life of an older unit. They’re always responsive and on time. Overall, they make something I usually dread very easy! Don’t hesitate to call them!

Jeremy Vargas was very professional!! I called Comfort Masters Sunday afternoon because our AC wasn’t working. They sent Jeremy out to fix it and he showed up quickly within 45 minutes!!! I call that great customer service, he explained everything in a simplified manner so that I could understand the problem. He fixed the issue right away and even took the time to hose off our AC unit. Thank you for saving us from the Texas heat Jeremy!! Any future problems we will definitely be calling Comfort Masters again.

Rondel came out tonight and was very thorough, polite, and helpful. Fixed up the A/C and did what he could to prolong the life of our units! Comfort Masters has been called several times for our house over the years and has always responded very quickly and we are extremely happy with their service!

Called them and immediately knew this was the right company. We had the drain line backup and cause a leak. Called multiple companies and not one wanted to go over options without sending someone out with some crazy inspection prices. But Puala not only gave us advice to keep the unit running that day but also gave us a couple options for repair that made sense like a tuneup that would cover the drain line so it was not a separate charge. Unfortunately when they showed up it was not as simple as we thought it would be. After inspection our great tech Rowndal took pictures and explained the issues that he found. So instead of charging for coming out that day they set us up for a repair and rescheduled the tuneup for after so he could inspect the repairs. The guys came next day for the repairs spent 8-9 hours in the hot attic fixing the issues and redoing the drain lines. Very professional from the start with bootys and carpet protection. Explained what they had to do showed pictures of everything they did and made sure everything was working great before they left. A few days later had Rowndal come back out to do the service and he was great checked the repairs took pictures and answered any questions I had for him. Great company and Rowndal and the guys that did the repair are top notch!
