Service on AC was performed professionally and promptly. Primary work done on the drainage system that kept the thermostat from working properly. Rondel explained what he was doing prior to performing the task. Kept me informed throughout the service. Explained cost and service ageements. Would highly recommend.

The technician (Rondel) was on time and was very respectful and courteous. He did a thorough checkup on our AC unit and clearly explained the condition of the unit. The unit is getting older and he mentioned a few things that could be done to extend the life but there was no high pressure sales pitch which I really appreciate. I also appreciate their scheduler (Penny) for trying to accommodate our time constraints. I have been using Comfort Masters for several years now and have been completely satisfied.

After their last service call when our AC went out and they arrived in less than an hour after my call I purchased their membership which includes routine maintenance checks.

After losing power during a thunderstorm our unit was not kicking on once power came back, they helped troubleshoot over the phone and got us back up and running and came out a few days later to check on the unit.

Called around noon on a Friday with A/C not working. They were able to schedule us from 4pm -8. I received a text to ket me know the tech was on his way at 3:56. He pulled up about 10 minutes later. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you to Mike the tech. Great Job
