Our technician, Rondel, was on time and professional, and serviced our AC cleaning and checkup efficiently. He really listened to any concern we had and answered all our questions. Could not have gone smoother than this, would highly recommend!

Came in couldn't fix my heater, replaced parts charged me an arm and a leg. On the AC side found a leak fixed that and filled the freon, now that I am using the AC cause it's getting hot my AC lines are gurgling I call them for the one yr warranty with it only being 6 months and if it's not the one piece he fixed I have to pay more even thought they couldn't diagnose the heater problem and they didn't do a thorough inspection of any other parts. Very poor service!!! Will not use again for any problems.

Rondel Campbell has been to my house several times now to fix my ac and for routine ac maintenance. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will continue to use Comfort Masters as long as Mr. Campbell is employeed with them.

Have used this company for a few service calls and just had them install a new HVAC system in my home. Sean was great at working with us to make sure we got what we needed without overselling us just to make more money, and has followed up to make sure the install process went smooth and there were no issues. They are great at communicating with you on your appointments or getting back with any questions you have and the service has been top notch. I wish I would have found them before I had my other system replaced before.

Rondel is very knowledgeable, patient and very detailed. Along with his professionalism and kindness, Rondel is great to work with; a big thank you to the entire team.

These guys are the best. I've worked with almost all of their technicians and they are thorough and pay great attention to detail. They are honest and they are extremely responsive. High quality and character might cost a bit more than the other guys, but they are worth it!
