We were having issues with our NEW furnace. Could not get ahold of our guy that did the original install, he pretty much ghosted us on one of the coldest nights (weekend of Christmas), called Comfort Masters Heating and Air Conditioning on a Thursday night after hours, Office has great customer service, they sent there tech Sean out first thing Friday morning. He took great care of us, pricing is good, he is friendly and courteous. These guys do great work. He went out of his way to explain things and took care of us. They are my new HVAC company. This service was for the Spring maintenance of my Amana Air Conditioner. The service person arrived within the time frame. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing. He was very professional, yet personable. I felt very relaxed and confident in his ability to do what was necessary to ensure that my Amana air conditioner would continue to perform well. I believe that his name is Rondel or Ronel.

Had routine maintenance and some troubleshooting done on a mini split unit. As always, service was straight up, quick and no pressure. Just awesome. I won’t use any other company for my a/c needs.
