Anthony Marquez and Kris Nash were very professional and knowledgeable about the problem and the repair.

Both worked in tandem to make the needed repairs on the A/C side as well as the electrical repairs.

They are both assets to the Boone A/C family.

Jesse came to fix the heating/ac system board fault issues with new board. On testing he found the issue was on a loose connection upstream to the board and fixed that. He was more thorough in testing the working conditions of the whole system, and found a faulty drain controller that was causing to shut the ac unit. He fixed that as well. Very Professional!!!

This was a great experience! Holly answered my call and was super nice and got a repairman on the way. Kris Nash was our repairman and he did a fantastic job - showed within 2 hours of my initial call, showed me pictures of damaged parts, let me know an approximate amount (extremely fair charge) and had parts on his truck to complete the job. When he finished, Kris showed me the bad parts. Ask for Kris Nash - he will fix it right!!!

I've had great experiences with Boone's. I called this morning needing some help and the lady who answered the phone (Holly?) was very friendly and helpful. The technician Reynaldo came out today, was quick and responsive, and kept me informed. He resolved the problem quickly and with good quality and was very professional. I highly recommend him and the company. Also, I've used their annual maintenance program for 2-3 years now and it seems to be a really good value.
