Boone’s installed my new HVAC system mid summer a year ago…very pleased with their prompt turnaround at that time in replacing a very old system. Kris Nash is my most trusted and knowledgeable technician for seasonal maintenance, as well as adding a compressor assist kit to save on my power bill, and wiring in a fan relay to a duct booster to help with upstairs cooling.

Mark and Tristan from my installation team were amazing! They were prompt, knowledgable and answers any questions I had. Mark explained everything about my new system and was very patient while I asked questions. He even checked on me later that evening to make sure the house was cooling down and to make sure I didn’t need anything… such amazing customer service. He was able to diagnose, repair and replace the broken part. My daughter was able to go back to her room and rest that night. The technician, Anthony Marquez, was very polite and extremely thorough. He showed me the evaluations of all parts of my system and before and after photos when he cleaned and serviced the AC condenser and emailed all of that to me. I was pleased with the service and will continue to use Boone’s/Willard for my heating and AC services.

Hired this company to do a HVAC tune up and inspection prior to a home purchase. They tuned it up and reported no issues with the unit. After closing a few weeks later and moving into the home (the house was empty between tuneup and move-in), we found both units’ cooling coils are majorly leaking refrigerant. The company worked with me on the total price since they did not catch the leaks prior to closing on the house. All-in-all, despite getting coils replaced, I had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for the replacement even though it should have been caught prior to closing on the house which would have been discussed during purchase negotiations.

Jesse, Kris, Jose and the installation technicians who came out for service were all professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Kris, the senior technician also inspected and adjusted air supply vents around the house post installation to ensure they are all facing the correct direction. Marsha and Chris from management were responsive to phone calls and sent out their technician teams with speed.
