Horrible experience with this company from both the issues caused by the technician and the customer service. We called them out to do a routine inspection and luckily had before pictures that were taken by Boone and sent to us after the inspection. 3 days later, our unit wasn’t cooling and we called a different company out who discovered that the start wire coming from the compressor to the contactor was completely burned off as if it was touching the start wire going into the turbo start. The before pictures looked nothing like this, and I find it to be EXTREME coincidence if it wasn’t caused by the technician. This was just 3 days later and the wiring was completely fried. A huge fire and safety hazard. When I contacted Boone about the complaint and spoke to their general manager, Marsha Griffin, I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. She would not let me get one word in, kept cutting me off, and blamed ME for the issue. I see no choice but to post this review since they are not willing to make it right. After pictures attached as well. I also have doubt that many of the “5 star reviews” here are real.
What a difference these guys make!! My Dad has been using Boone’s for over 15 years. I recently purchased my Dad’s house and kept service with them and continue to have an amazing experience. Kris has been my dedicated rep the entire time and he is always a phone call away to help with any issues I had with my old system. He is knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible for my family. We upgraded our system last week and Kris was able to get us an appointment within days of picking it out and they replaced everything in one day!!. Our new system is fantastic!! I actually had to adjust it several times the first few days because it was too cold. Lol. Thank you Kris and Boone’s for being 1st class the whole way! My family thanks you!!
Jake Rios came out to do a follow up with us after the great service we had just a few days before from Anthony. People never reach out to A/C companies under good circumstances so we’ve been so appreciative at how professional everyone has been. Jake took plenty of time to walk through all of the options and explain the details behind everything so we could make the best choice possible for our circumstances. Talk about fantastic service!
We have come to trust Kris Nash without question. When our AC went out on one of the hottest days of this year, Kris worked with us to find a solution within our budget. All this was well after 9 pm! Kris and the office staff worked together to make sure we were satisfied customers! His customer service skills as well as his equipment knowledge are beyond reproach.
Kris Nash is my go to technician! He is always honest and willing to go the extra mile. I have old systems and he is willing to help make the tough decision to either repair or replace with hard facts and pictures to outline his findings. It’s great to have someone who is trustworthy and reliable. And he knows his stuff! Finally….he treats his female clients like a valued partner. You don’t always get that with repairman and that is priceless.
Jessie Wolfe was my service rep today and he did a great job! He was professional and went the extra mile to ensure the repair was done correctly and that I was both satisfied & understood what he did to fix the issue. I could not be more satisfied! Thanks for your help today!
I had an AC unit that was not cooling and it was 100+ degrees out. Renaldo came out the same day and walked me through the issues and was able to repair the unit quickly. He also performed a tune-up on my other units and was very thorough to get all units performing perfectly. Renaldo was very professional and I will definitely be reaching back out for future needs.
Boone’s service is outstanding! Jake fixed everything in less than 5 min. He was very professional and his extra attention to make sure that everything is clean after his visit was greatly appreciated. He also was very helpful providing additional information how to better maintain the system , which was helpful since I did not have experience with this equipment.
Going forward I know if any problems, I will always call Boon’s, knowing first hand that I would get an excellent service!

Very Satisfied! Timely Repsponse! Kris Nash came out to my home. Very knowledgeable, very professional, personable experience with Kris. Without bothering him too much I tried to ask a few questions to better understand my issues. I feel like Kris offered me the exact solutions that he would have chosen for his own home if the circumstances were one for one. That means a lot.
Our AC went out and our regular company had just done a tune up 3 weeks prior. I called their emergency number and they called the next morning to tell me they couldn’t come out u til the next day in the afternoon. With a bunch of kids, that was not an option. I got a hold of Kris and he was at my door 3hrs later. He was so professional, amicable and not afraid to show/explain what he was doing so I had a decent understanding of my unit. Great guy, knowledgeable and will recommend going forward.
