Kris Nash is the absolute best service technician I've worked with since moving to Texas in 2015 (it is June 25, 2023). He talked and walked me through everything he was doing and why. He showed me readings on guages and did everything he could to keep the cost down without sacrificing quality of work or the performance of our AC/heat pump unit.

CVJ, an Aubrey establishment, tried to take my wife for a ride "you need a new thermostat", "you're low on coolant", $600 here, or a new unit, etc. Truth is they broke 2 float switches, likely on purpose, on a routine service call. This caused our unit to short cycle, rapid cycle, and eventually wear out a circuit breaker (I fixed that) and Kris Nash replaced both switches, cleared the drains, and replaced the startup capcitor, which basically wore out because of CVJ's incompetence or attempt to rip us off, and by us, I mean take advantage of my wife by selling her nonsense while I was at work.
Ladies beware...
Kris was great. No upselling, no bs. Boone's has our service until we move or Kris works somewhere else.

Always great to have Boone’s/Willard’s take care of my system. They did the air handler install 1.5 years ago and are terrific for maintenance. Courteous and prompt technicians who always go above on customer service. They are good at identifying potential issues and keeping me informed about my systems.

The tech, Richard, checked the whole system and explained some of the functionality that we weren't aware of or clear on. Said the unit was running perfectly and made a suggestion on the damper to see if it helps in this Texas heat and humidity. We feel very satisfied with his service and suggestion and will definitely call them again for any HVAC needs.
