Art has been doing my pest control for over a year now. He does an absolutely excellent job. He's always on time and professional. I would highly recommend anyone needing pest control done to get with myhomepro and ask for him.

Art has been handling my pest control for years now. I absolutely love his personality and professionalism. Feels like a member of the family. My dogs are a big fan of Art as well. He is always on time and does a thorough job. I haven't had any issues since I hired him. I even took him with me to my rental home after selling my home so I could have the continued peace of mind. If I have any questions he's always available to help me. They made a wise choice when they brought Art to this company.

We have used My Home Pro for Pest control for 2 years now. Art is an amazing technician and knows his stuff well. Very knowledgeable in his field. We have not had a single issue since using this company!

Contracted with MyHome"Pro" in January for weekly pool cleaning.

Spa empty one weekend when arrived from trip. Fixed on Sunday-Thank you.

2 weeks later come home from trip the day pool was supposedly "cleaned" and the pool was dirty and valves not in correct positions.

Called office, sorry Im the only one here can you call back Monday??

Call after hours tech who says he was at my home and 1st says he didn't shut off skimmer. Then says he did because the pump wouldnt prime. So instead of correcting and notifying me he left pool dirty and skimmer off. Invoice sent of course.

He then says I emailed you to let you know filter needs cleaning. Now they are the "pro's" who provide weekly service and tells me this.

The tech doesn't call while at home to give me the opportunity to approve any work. Those who have pools know the filter doesn't get clogged over night. So why not advise when above 20 psi not wait till at 30 psi.

He then notifies me the filter cleaning is not part of the pool cleaning process. But they will do it if you approve. OK fine but why walk away while your at home and not solve the issue?

Not sure why I am shocked at the terrible service it seems to be par for the course lately.

Get in get out and please don't expect me to do more than expected because its Friday and I want to be home early today.

Good luck using this corporate company!

Franchise owners only seem to care about going home early on Friday! Find another company!

Art is the best! We have used him for pest control since moving to this house after coming highly recommended by the community (I see why!), and he is awesome! Also love that I can call any time between regularly scheduled appointments if any critters get crafty.

We got an inspection and started using pest control services for our office. Everything has gone well and have not had any problems since Art came to the rescue. I want to say he is the most professional pest expert we have ever used. Thanks again!
