I live in farmers branch I called boone ac they gave me a repair estimate for 5000 dollars. I explained that it was a new unit and called someone else they came and said all it needed was freon. Two months later it is working perfectly. I feel like the technician they sent was trying to steal from me

Mostly received an estimate on a new unit for competitive purposes. They recommended a Trane system which is a good quality brand. Price was in the ballpark from another company which were both considerable less than a third company I received a quote from.

He was very polite, very efficient And prevented my air conditioning unit from flooding my house. There has always been efficient communication between this company and myself the customer. Yes my tech Anthony was very good at explaining things a person not know much about the system function. He went far and beyond doing his job. He deserves 5 stars for him
