First time I’ve used this company. The company was highly recommended by a Facebook user. The tech, Saul B.,was awesome! He was very efficient, knew exactly what to test after I explained the problem with my washer. He explained there were two possible problems (which were directly related to the problem) so he explained the cost for each repair and once I made a decision on how to proceed, he went to work. Unfortunately he needed to replace a part which required a second appointment. I truly appreciate the swiftness of the appointments, the contact prior to each visit by Saul, his efficiency and thoroughness. The company itself was very professional - I was able to get an appointment the next day from when I contacted them. The company certainly projects an attitude of friendliness, professionalism, and empathy. They also offer warranties on both labor and part. I will certainly recommend them to my friends!

The technician (Saul)was very thorough in his diagnostic tests, he explained everything thoroughly. He remedied a temporary solution to the electric breaker problem until an electrician could be scheduled to come out to my home. This saved all my food from spoiling. I was very appreciative for his service. Thank you Saul.

I get twice a year maintenance from SoBella, once for the heating and once for the AC system. They clean and maintain the units as well as check for proper functioning of the systems. A little pricey to be on the monthly membership plan but it does give some piece of mind to know the systems are working well before the seasons change each year. This most recent visit, May 2, 2023, Joaquin was the service tech and he was very professional, quick with his work, and thoroughly explained everything he'd done and checked during the visit. He also answered any questions I had, changed the air filters, and even brought up our trash bin since the trash collection had just come. I've noticed too that the service guys wear plastic covers over their shoes when in the house. It's not something other services do but kind of a nice gesture to try and keep inside of the home clean. I've been happy with SoBellas service and Joaquin in particular was great to work with today.

They sell you a refrigerated ac system that has parts warranty for ten years, you call them for service call and they replace a part that's under warranty and they charge you for it. You call them to ask why your charged for part that's under warranty and some tell you they will check with higher upside and give you a call back. They never call back so you call back and that person tells you that's what they charge. Later you get a call back and that person ask you when you purchased your system and tells you she going to check your warranty and will call you back. Like they don't know what kind of warranty the systems they sell have. Haven't heard back from them yeI don't recommend buying from them. Had trouble with them since the initial installation.

The Team of Carlos Gamboa arrived on time and completed the AC replacement without any issue or concern. They were very professional and had the knowledge to complete the job. The AC replacement works great, and I believe it was an awesome value. Thank you, guys, for the exceptional job.

Carlos did a very thorough job with his service today. He was very professional and very patient in answering all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this service again and will remain a customer for any future needs.

Carlos and Cruz were very helpful in setting up my thermostat on the phone. They were professional and very clean as they went along. I recommend So Bellas to anyone looking to buy refrigeration units.

I waas very satisfied w Robert ceballos (sales consultant), Carlos gamboa, and cruz duran's (installers) professionalism. It can feel weird having complete strangers in your home, but these 3 made me feel comfortable, and were all very friendly. The install was completed in one day, they helped answer any questions i had and showed me how the unit worked, and what to do as far as the thermostat and basic maintenance. Very satisfied with my decision to go with this company.
