I’m thrilled with SoBellas and telling all my friends on the Westside! I had next day service with SoBellas. One of their competitors left wires unplugged from my unit when servicing a few weeks ago. They would not return my calls when I asked them to fix it, so, Patrick at SoBellas came to the rescue and figured out the issue quickly! Patrick was informative, communicative and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with my service, thank you!

Call SoBellas, Not “the guys I know for better deal”!! We got that first-home owner’s mistake and you don’t have to.
We had swamp cooler last summer and were miserable. Someone I knew recommended a person who fixes A/C for his business (restaurant) with a good price but that person did not fix it properly and still charged $200, it stopped working within 10 days.
So I ended up calling SoBellas and have new refrigerated air system installed asap, it has been working amazing so far with zero issue. Their technicians are way way more professional. They have real knowledge and experience!
You get what you pay for.

The guys did a great job! A/C died Fri night. Did not want the extra fee for weekend service so waited until Monday. After a few calls SoBellas were the only ones that could see me Monday afternoon, everyone else booked until Tues after 5 at the earliest. Juan T checked out my system and recommended an upgrade with my 13+ year old system. 0% financing for 4 years sealed the deal!
Cruz Duran and his crew were here bright and early Wed morning and we were hooked up with cold air by 2PM.
Carlos Gamboa and his crew upgraded my 13+ year old water heater to a tankless model. Then he walked me through programming the thermostat.
Both the guys and their crews were very professional and always knocked whenever they needed to come in to check temperature, change out the air ducts, and give a warning that with the welding, there would be a burning smell.
Great and fast service has made these guys my go to HVAC from now on!

First of all I would like to say that the high star ratings for this company is definitely for a reason!!!

Angel called an hour before the appointment time and said that he could come trouble shoot the problem with the air conditioner. I couldn't believe he was able to come earlier, which was definitely better for me. He was professional, informative and so nice. He was able to let me know all the options and give me affordable recommendations. He was able to schedule me to have the AC installation done in 2 days time.

The installation team that came was also very good. They were very accommodating to my request to put something down on the floor so that it didn't get dirty. I really appreciated that. Sergio and Angel worked very well together and got the job done within that day and they even disposed of the old AC unit. They were both very respectful and Sergio showed us how to use the new thermostat.

I also spoke with someone in the SoBellas office regarding the city permit/inspection and they were making extra efforts to get us the info for inspection. I understand that it's very difficult but I did appreciate that their office reached out to me to let me know they were trying everything they could.

Anyway, this company is very highly recommended.

I am not one to write negative reviews. But as a mother with an infant, I would not want a family to depend on this company for a completed job in a timely manner. We are hitting 105+ temps and were guaranteed of a one day AC install. If we would have known the process would take this long we would have looked for a different company. Initial interactions with this company were polite and responsive. They came and did a home visit and estimate within the first day of the call. Estimate was received in a timely manner. Appointment for AC replacement was set within a timely manner. The technicians arrived to our home on time. However, they left without completing the job. They were unable to hook up our Honeywell universal thermostat. I was then offered to buy a thermostat from them and when I agreed they did not have a thermostat with them. They then decided to bypass the thermostat by twisting two wires together which “shouldn’t shock you”. Our home was left with wires out of the wall. Technicians left without job completed even though the estimate was one day work. When assessing the equipment it was not hooked up properly. The next day a technician came to install their thermostat. The technician agreed that equipment was not set up right however didn’t have the supplies to set up equipment properly. We were then told that they wouldn’t be able to return to finish the install for an additional 5 days. This company was paid in full for a job that was not completed. It has been very difficult to get ahold of them following these interactions. Our household has missed out on 3 days work (hopefully not more by the time the job is actually completed) for a one day AC install.

Carlos Gamboa and his team did an amazing job installing our new system. He was very informative and knowledgeable . He took his time explaining how the system worked Definitely would recommend So Bellas !

Had an annual inspection done on my HVAC system. Jorge was the one that came out to service the system. He was professional, communicative and knowledgeable in his job. He recommended a few things I needed replaced on my system. Initially I thought that it was just a sales tactic (first time homeowner) so I was a bit apprehensive about replacing anything yet. After speaking with Jorge a bit more, he showed me the readings on the capacitor that is located at the condenser. It was indeed needing to be replaced. I can definitely trust SoBellas for further maintenance and service on my HVAC system.

Thank you for the excellent service. Excellent value. Recommend you get the annual service. It will save you a bit more money on parts as well!

I will definitely be getting the other parts replaced before they fail once I have a bit more money in the bank.

SoBellas installed 2 new heat pumps on our roof. They were replacing 16 year old A/C units. Carlos went above and beyond finding the units we wanted. Very easy communication. A professional crew came in and the crane lifted both units with a total install lasting about 5 hours. All our questions were answered and the install went smoothly. Pricing was in the middle range of all our estimates.

George did exceptional work and was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive in servicing one of our AC units.
Highly recommend SoBellas and the work George did for my family! George is a tremendous asset to the SoBellas team.

I used this company in good faith because the previous owners of my home recommended them to service the AC and heater. I have found that the service is way overpriced when you need a repair. They do the bare minimum when they service your unit. This causes deterioration of your unit. Then when they come back each year you typically need major repairs for your unit to work and they overcharge for repairs that technicians will do for more reasonable prices. I called to cancel my service last month and I spoke to one agent who said someone would call me back and they didn’t so I called back and spoke to Peter and let him know I just wanted my account canceled and he said they would stop charging me. I just noticed on my bank statement that they charged me for another month so I had to dispute it with my bank. It’s sad that an establishment like this is shady with very bad customer service. I plan to call tomorrow and speak with a manager because the regular employees are shady. In addition to this the technicians show up super late after reasonable working hours my last appointment was after their business hours and he showed up an hour late. My time is valuable and I pay for you to show up on time. On another occasion they didn’t show up on a scheduled call and it was because the representative Peter didn’t schedule it properly so I had to call and talk to a manager to get a guaranteed time for them to come. This company doesn’t respect your time. I want my service canceled once and for all.
