This company did more than just give us refrigerated air. They no only put in a brand new system but they also did our roof as well as the landscaping of our front and backyard. The outcome was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process they always asked us questions so it would come out to our liking. They have great communication, and are consistent. All work was performed at 100% and you could see it as well. The before and after sod our home are unbelievable. Eco living home improvements did a very awesome job to my house. Their representative Jessica has helped us out so much and was always there for us when we needed her or had any questions we had. They worked on our roof, new refrigerated A/C and they did our landscaping front and back. I am beyond 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to friends and family. I recently converted to HVAC. The job was great, the sales rep was attentive during installation. However, I have a converted garage into a den. It has no insulation, he said the room wouldn't need it. The room is still hot while the rest of the house is cool. Their service guy wants to adjust the vents, meaning, close them more so air can shoot into the den, which will make the other rooms hot. They have yet to come and check the flow after 3 days of calling them. They keep saying they'll come and they haven't. The sales rep makes me feel like all he wanted was the sale. He even giggled when I told him that. Now they are just ignoring my calls. How professional is that? They haven't even tried to make it better. It was installed 2 weeks ago.
