This is the second time I have used them. Excellent experience with this company. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and total professionals. My problems were expeditiously resolved. Would definitely recommend. The woman that set the appointment was also professional, courteous and attentive.

We are from a cold state and not familiar with AC units, ours started to constantly freeze over. We had so bellas come out based on their reviews, seemed like a good choice but after TWO separate appointments we were still left with an AC that was constantly freezing over. They wanted to charge us 700$ for a THIRD appointment to try to diagnose the problem. I felt something was off so we called All Air heating and cooling they got someone out the very next day the technician (Vincent) was able to diagnose AND repair the problem in less than 30 minutes for less than 200$ Not only that but he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to maintain our ac.

I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. They are horrible at picking up a phone and customer service. I requested information that was approved from my home warranty and they won't release the information (are you scamming or hiding anything?) Needless to say they don't deserve my business after almost two weeks of trying to get my AC system resolved.

Our furnace gave out right in the middle of a cold front moving in. I'm covered under home warranty so I placed a service request Sunday night and this company called me at 1:30pm the next day. The lady on the line was very friendly and told me that they were booked that day but would come the next day between 11-1. They showed up at 11 on the dot and immediately got to work. They diagnosed the problem and had my furnace running again within the hour. I am so grateful for the fast prompt service!

I had my air compressor give out and they had a sense of urgency. They kept me updated all the way and never did I feel like I was bugging them. The lady that answers the phones is super nice. The techs that came out are very knowledgeable and it’s apparent that they know what they are doing. I had two other companies come out and check my unit and never fixed much less followed up with me. So this is a big thank you from my family to yours we are eternally grateful for you guys. Made our blah summer not so blah. 😂 seriously thank you.

My furnace stopped working on a cold Friday morning, I place the work order thru my Home insurance, later that day I received the phone call letting me know the only avail time was Monday afternoon, I requested if there was a cancellation to let me know, sure enough, by 7pm that same Friday my unit was up and running! Great service by the technicians and the Desk Administrator as they were very profesional and understandable of the situation - Highly recommended

Vince and Lorenzo took such great care of us. Every promise they made they kept. We have not lived in El Paso long but we can tell you that finding a company with integrity, honesty, and professionalism is rare. They always went above and beyond were fast and friendly and did not try to take advantage of us. We highly recommend All Air Heating & Air thanks for treating us right guys!

I have used this company twice, both time the technicians have been prompt and courteous, i always receive a call when they are on there way. Customer service from first phone call to last signature on the invoice is great. Would recommend to anyone in need of this type of company.

After having had first-hand experience with the folks of All-air, I could never recommended them to any of my family members of friends. They almost never answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls. They seem to always have an excuse why they take so long to fix your AC, if they fix it at all. I am sorry to say I am very very disappointed with them. I wish it were nit the case. Don’t believe me? Give them a call and see for yourself if you like to suffer.

INCOMPETENT!
Day 1: We placed the call for service. Expected service/call back within 24 hours. None.
Day 2: We wait for a call.
Day 3: We call and get an excuse about "Our computers were down I send someone tomorrow.”
Day 4: 2 "technicians" finally show up in the afternoon (broken a/c in the Texas heat!). They need to "come back tomorrow" to fix the a/c or even "maybe see what's wrong".
Day 5: No call, no technicians, and no professionalism. Call them AGAIN (they need a better secretary!). A rude female states, "Naww he said he MIGHT come out today, not will. And we gotta take care of people we scheduled”, I wasn’t scheduled?!!
When I told her that was incompetent , she replied, "I can end the call here! Don't call me incompetent!".. (look up and tell me what you'd call it!)
I ask to speak with an owner (earlier she said she was a manager), “I am one of the owners ma’am” (this means the wife, I assume).
They had no issue grabbing the check!
This was the worst company I have ever dealt with – and I’ve dealt with a lot! INCOMPETENT!
