We had two teams service our A/C refrigeration units. Team Sergio and Ariel and team Carlos and Cruz arrived on time and finished the work efficiently. I appreciated their explanations to answer my questions. I highly recommend SO BELLAS for your heating/cooling issues.

The guys were the best. Carlos handled the quote and got us set up for installation on the soonest available date, and then moved some things around so that they were a day earlier then scheduled. Juan and David were the guys that did the installation. They were polite, quick, and they cleaned up and even swept my floors after they were done. I am for sure using this company again for anything else I will need.

The whole experience was professional from the initial phone call to the actual repair.
The two young men were friendly and discussed their troubleshooting and assessment. The charge was extremely fair. The repair was done very quickly and no problems since. I will definitely use SoBellas again! 5 stars and a big thank you!

Joe A. was very professional and knowledgeable of what was going on with my oven. Once he replaced the part, he tested the oven to make sure I worked properly and I had no more concerns. The part took 1 week to arrive but once they had it, it was easy to have him come out to get it back and working. Great experience using SoBella for the first time. Will be calling again for another repair if needed.

Greg Ornelas did a outstanding job. Our ac has broken down four times within the last two years and he was the only one who found out there was a old air filter stuck inside the unit that was black as night. He also explained to us several tips to keep our unit healthy.

We had SoBellas come out because there was a rattling noise coming out of our AC. Carlos came by and was able to fix this issue immediately. He was very professional and kind. My husband and I always have the best experiences when it come to SoBellas. Highly recommend!

We had Sobellas install two high end heat pump AC about 3 months ago and had a service call last week to check them before summer. The lead tech was Julian R. Very happy in all respects. Very happy with the heat pumps.

So I called at 9 am for an appt. And was advised Jorge is my technician and will be in between 1 to 5. No one showed up. Business was closed . They had me waiting even after I called back to confirm Jorges appt today. And still no call nothing. Very unprofessional. My first time calling this company and they do customers wrong. I can't believe this. I'm very disappointed..I'm stuck in an AC that's not repaired. Thanks for nothing So bellas. I'll be calling Ian insyead at Longhorn Mechanicals

I have had only positive experiences with everyone associated with SoBellas. Changing between heat & swamp cooler, as well getting our heat checked out after it stopped working. They are always very prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the technicians who came. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They evaluated the system and determined it was performing properly. They performed a secondary evaluation check to ensure they were not missing anything. They made sure we were satisfied and told us we have 30 days if we have any questions or problems if the issue returned. We would use this service again if needed.
