Shout out to Carlos and his assistant, for their friendly patience with my many questions and high quality service during a routine changeover. I have evaporative coolers presently, and he provided timely and much-needed advice on the pros and cons of upgrading to refrigerated air.

Had our regular bi-yearly service today, our tech was Joaquin. Excellent job as usual. Very professional, highly recommend. All my interactions with this company have been positive. This will be our third year with the company.

Once again, So Bellas delivers! Incredibly quick response, and the technician Saul B. was amazing. He put up with my myriad of inquiries, explained the problem, FIXED the problem, and checked on the warranty of the part for me (which was indeed under warranty). He then showed me the problem was fixed and went over everything regarding the charges (which there were none due to it being under warranty). Very happy with So Bellas and Saul.

David P was a punctual worker, as soon as he arrived he was able to figure out what was wrong with my AC quickly, and showed us how to use our thermostat. I would recommend this service to anyone in the Las Cruces area. !!!!!!

Their service techs are always respectful and thorough. My system is still under warranty, so it's all free. Even then, I'm treated like they are trying to make a sell. Great service.
