Thank you very much for the excellent service provided to me on December 19, 2022! The technician (Joachim) was knowledgable, professional and courteous. The service was provided the same day when it was requested. As a result of Joachim's efficient work, detailed explanations and expedience, with which the service was delivered, we decided to sign a contract with the SoBellas Company for the future maintenance of our gas heater and possibly other house appliances. Kudos, SoBellas!

Julian R was the technician who came. He was very professional. They dealt with things rapidly and solved the issues without any problems at all. I always use SoBellas, they’re great.

This was our first experience with SoBellas. We needed assistance as our air conditioning was not cooling and we did not want to call the previous company due to a bad experience. Calling SoBellas was easy and they were prompt, polite, and were able to visit our home the same day. Saul with SoBellas was professional, respectful, and polite. He was thorough and helped us to understand the cause and correction for our issue. He also had the replacement parts that we needed on hand and had our unit up and running within minutes. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Saul and SoBellas.

My washer stopped running. The technician was able to identify the issues, but the parts needed for repair are apparently no longer available. He indicated that the company is sometimes able to locate obsolete parts and would let me know ASAP. Saul was extremely friendly and explained things thoroughly.

They came out on two different occasions to build an estimate for some A/C work. Charged me $95 for the service call. I was supposed to receive an estimate by email and a phone call that same day to schedule the repair. Never heard back. I've called twice to no answer.

This was the first time we had used SoBellas. We were afraid that our 15 year old heating system was not functioning properly so we contacted SoBellas for a diagnostic check. Javier, the technician, was prompt and very thorough, friendly, and professional. He also informed us about the other SoBella services including the appliance checks. Our dryer was acting up so Javier informed us that our maintenance plan includes service checks for appliances. An appliance technician came the same day and explained how to resolve the problem. We feel confident that we can depend on SoBellas for quality service of our HVAC system and appliances.

Julian R came to do a biannual maintenance on my ac and he was on time, courteous, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to have him come out by the next day.
