Entire experience was terrific especially when Ian saved me $$$, I thought we needed a new furnace but as soon as I told him what was going on he knew exactly what the problem was on fixed it in less then 10min. Thank you again!!!!! My Mother purchased a new furnace this year from Ian as well and was very pleased too. Over all rating is a 10.

Quick to schedule service, arrived on time. They diagnosed the problem, checked my warranty to see if it would cover. They had the parts on the service truck and had my AC up and running right away. I will definitely call again for future service and highly recommend them.

The 2 gentleman that showed up to fix my ac unit were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and dressed to impress. They figured out what was wrong with my unit with the 1st 15-20 minutes and had the parts shortly afterwards. And just like that my unit was fixed with no issues. Happy with the work that they performed. Explained everything that they were doing with no issues with me observing. Good well done. Nothing but the very best I can say about this company. From the moment they showed up until the end, 100% top notch work. Longhorn has installed two refrigerated A/C units for my rental houses. They also did full duct and vent work on one house. I could not be more satisfied . If you want a total great experience, price and professional crue look no futher.

These guys are awesome! They came to my house early in the morning, and figured out the problem with my AC unit right away.
