In the middle of winter I had the blower on my furnace die on me. I found Longhorn through Google and a quick call later their team was helping me line up parts to fix it. Within 24 hours they arrived at my house and quickly got everything back up and running again. Longhorn provided prompt and professional service for a fair price. I would happily recommend the Longhorn team; next time I have issues with my HVAC I know exactly who I'll be calling.

Absolutely outstanding experience. They completed a complicated install in just a few days, upgrading our HVAC with a top of the line system that performs excellently. Professional throughout. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would. The owner even delivered a box of filters in a hard-to-find size so we would have supply for the year and know they were the right type for the system. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and have to family and friends.

We have used Longhorn several times for maintenance on our AC. This time our almost 12yrs refrigerated unit is reaching the end of its life and when it started making a louder than usual noise we called Longhorn. They came same day and checked our unit and gave us options from repairing the current unit to replacing for a better more efficient unit.
Unfortunately right now the times are hard to get a new one but they repaired the unit and placed a new motor while we can make arrangements for a complete new Refrigerated unit.
They were on time, productive and even went above with the service . They also gladly answered the million questions I threw at them. Our unit is workig perfectly again and we setup a maintenance schedule with them.

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!! We have a rent house in El Paso and got quotes from several companies for a conversion from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air. We worked with Ian, who is extremely professional, responsive, trustworthy, and made the process a breeze. To start, the products that this company has are the amongst the best brands in the industry (we got a Rheem unit installed). The other companies actually quoted us higher prices for less reliable units. He originally quoted us for ductwork and a new unit. After getting there and digging into the work, Ian called me and told me that after looking into it further and tearing into the sheetrock that we actually do not need new ducts and that we will actually save a significant amount of money. I was so happy with his honesty and integrity! We do not live in El Paso, so it felt so good to have such a trustworthy company that was upfront and honest without just trying to make a buck here and there. He also helped us by calling and scheduling things with the tenants, being flexible with how we could pay (we do not live in the area), and he always kept me in the loop on everything going on. He would always answer the phone, and me photos, and be super responsive to all text messages. It gave us a huge peace in our hearts to know that he was in El Paso managing the situation for us and making the process very simple for us on our end. This company is among the best that we have ever worked with. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have met Ian and we are so happy with the service! If I could give a million stars I would... but Google only allows five.

I would recommend longhorn maintenance heating and cooling to all who want to change their systems from swamp cooler to refrigerated air. When comparing all estimates given, longhorn was proven to be the most cost-effective to my family. They were very professional, kind, and definitely on time. Was missing a few registers after the job was completed but was delivered the day Ian Hicks told me they were coming back, which was just over the weekend. The igniter and gas valve on our water heater went out just in time for the fall. We contacted Longhorn Maintenance Heating & Cooling and they were at our home within the day! The replacement parts were order and came to install the day after!
