This company provided amazing service! The Assistant who took my call and the technicians who came out to service my AC were amazing! My AC was not working properly, and they came out within the hour of my call. They were quick straight to the point and extremely informative. Their extended, high-quality customer service led us to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan. We look forward to seeing them again for our fall maintenance appointment. What a great company. Company. Calledon a Saturday morning, they were there in 2 hours. Decided to replace unit. It was 2000 less expensive then the old unit and they were done in less than 8hours(last company took 2 days) put in in on Monday morning. Professional all the way. Highly recommend!!

One Way Heating and Cooling, LLC provided the absolute best customer service. I called to schedule an appointment on my way home from work and they were able to come to my house within an hour. I am pretty terrible about remembering names but I think Veronica helped me over the phone and she was very kind and understanding. Mike and his team arrived to my house quickly, asked a few questions, and got right to work. They fixed the problem quickly but Mike still took the time to explain what was going on and gave me tips on how to best circulate the cool air. On top of the excellent customer service? They did not charge me a dime! As a single mom of two young children I am extremely grateful for their act of kindness. You just don’t receive this level of customer service anymore. If you need HVAC services, please don’t hesitate to call this company!

I loved these guys!! They were not only prompt but early even and willing to wait. Mike was one of the technicians and very professional, willing to answer any questions I had, and just downright polite!! The price point is also great. Grateful I found this company!

I got an appointment just for an estimate to install a new AC unit since part of my home was not getting cool enough. Mike and Juan showed up on time and they adjusted my vents to provide more airflow. I might not even need an additional unit after their visit, they were really honest, professional and knowledgeable.

One Way was an amazing group to work with. They were onsite before there scheduled appointment to prepare prior to the job and their knowledge on the system was incredible. I highly recommend this group and it helped that pricing was actually lower than other previous quotes. Overall great experience I must say.

Once called needing to have my a/c unit checked, they had Mike and Eli at my home within 30mins. They were very professional and very informative. They replaced my capacitor and had my a/c up and going in 5mins. If you're needing your a/c checked and worked on, One Way is the place to go. HVAC tech Mike was on time, arrived earlier than scheduled. Very professional and briefed me on what he was going to do. He confirmed what I was kind of expecting what was wrong with my A/C unit. Fixed the issue and cleaned the coils. Affordable price, better than some of these other companies charging an arm and a leg just to diagnose the issue. Highly recommend “One Way” and ask for Mike.

Mike came out himself (business owner) and not only helped us save money by identifying a lesser issue that fixed our unit but also took the time to explain how to better care for my unit and some of the ins and outs of tweaks he made to make the system run more properly!
