The whole process was smooth: an assessment was done of the problem, the part ordered, the service technician (Saul) accommodated my request for a last minute change in time of service. Saul stayed with this until it was done and let me know how it was going. Best thing is I was able to immediately catch up on doing laundry just as soon as he left!

I’m so glad I went with them! After moving from Virginia to El Paso due to the army our washer stopped washing our clothes they were able to come out and diagnose the washer and put a new part in then after they put the part in the washer started making a terrible loud grinding noise! So they came out as quickly as they could and put in a new part and it hasn’t made the noise since and works like a dream! The two men were very polite and did not make me feel uncomfortable being alone as a female.
