Northern Tool + Equipment

After a less than pleasant experience trying to purchase a generator at Harbor Freight, we made the smart decision to visit Northern Tool and Equipment, where we were assisted by Michael, the Assistant Manager, who exceeded our expectations in every way in helping us to purchase this equipment. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this store for any of your tool and equipment needs. Kudos to an outstanding job well done! We will be back... Harbor Freight won't be seeing us again!

The product is of great quality. I purchased a yard blower. It was supposed to be filled and ready to go. Only about 1 oz. Of fuel was in the tank. The store attendances were polite and helpful. Stil makes great products. So far I only used it for 3 minutes. This unit has a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. I hope it last longer than that. I take care of tools because, I need it to perform well.

I had no idea this was a chain store. I would have never ordered. I'm still waiting on tracking from an order placed 10 days ago. Nobody responds to email (twice) except for the automated system that sends me around in circles. Horrible customer service at best. I can't wait to see the garbage I'll be receiving from them. My fault for not being more diligent in my research before ordering.

I order this wood stove in El Paso Tx.On 12-27-22 and they told me before 1-12-23 it's going to be there at the store but nothing call them to see If a can get my money back they say yes no problem but I live 2 hours and 40 min away from el paso so we went whit no money just for gas thinking I'm goin to get my money back surprise they can`t give cash just check or credit on card but I pay cash they never told me they cant give you cash back on purchases of $500 and up and today 1-19-23still no money in my account IM NOT GOING TO THIS STORE NEVER OR ORDER FROM THIS COPANY We went all day with no eating till got back home we left the house at 8 in the mornig got back at 3

Today took water pump they were not very helpful 4 hours waiting they didn't want to deal with the paper work and give them the warranty 4 hours manager wasn't helpful

Kudos to Rick, Delia, and Joe. Amazing and helpful team!! I was told by several contractors that my only option was to replace the tile on my pool due to calcium and scale buildup. That would’ve cost me thousands of dollar 🥺
Rick knew exactly what products would remove the scale/calcium buildup without damaging my tile at a very reasonable price. Thank you for answering all of my questions with a smile!! The greeting that you receive once you walk through the door and the exceptional customer service has earned Northern Tool a customer for life!!!

Amazing customer service, incredibly helpful, and the employees provide an excellent ambiance. The store manager Chris is an exceptional member of this team and is so helpful he will answer any and all questions you have, and if he doesn't have an answer he will find it.

Don’t shop here there charging people paying with cards twice the amount and blaming your bank .

Garbage customer service. I paid for a Milwaukee drill/impact combo online so I could go pick it up because it said they had one. They money was taken from my account, but half an hour later I got an email from them saying my order was canceled because they didn't have what I ordered. I called & twenty minutes later, it was suggested that I order it straight to my house instead, despite the money still missing from my account. They said the transaction was still pending, but they money is shown as subtracted from my account. Needless to say, I'm not shopping from here again.
