Rudy offered a comparable price and promise to the slews of Cooling companies here in El Paso. I was hesitant with the responses from other companies about converting the evaporated cooling to refrigeration especially answering if there were any unexpected costs to be added during the conversion (they were all dicey about the responses). He was very knowledgeable and took time in his demonstration on what would be done. All of the companies wanted a split-system, he offered something differently and it still less then the quotes I was given overall. I’m impressed with the work. The workers completed in a day, and they were clean and professional. I’m very picky (and loyal) about companies - I highly recommend, “The Home Systems Heating & Cooling.”

One of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a company! Clean work, very professional , and a great price! The workers were fast, courteous and answered all my concerns. They fixed my house by adding a second unit that was needed badly and were able to retrofit everything in the attic with minimal to no intrusion. It’s been awhile that I get service like this from any company.

Very satisfied with this company. Their service is always cordial and timely. Their inspections are thorough and their pricing is always reasonable. They have become my default hvac company.

After one year that we bought the AC system, the unit broke down, and no one answer during the weekend, nnot only that their website is not working. The unit supposed to be one of the best, AMANA, according to Ricardo, the salesman, but is not even good enough, like he said. The comany has no emergency response available.

The workers installed a used circuit breaker. They replaced it with a new one for the inspection.

They drilled a hole through my roof to run the condensation line through the attic instead of going another 8 inches off the side of the house.

The staff is very friendly and have gone out of their way to resolve all my issues.

I am very satisfied on how professional this company is! I had a coverstion on my air conditioner and yes there was a little hiccup with the installation crew but I am so amazed on how the owner of the company quickly responded and even came personally to my home late hours!!! I will recommend them to every one!!! They are true to their word! Thank you Mr. Jesus, Carlos, Pedro and staff! This also includes Gloria and ladies who answer phone!! I was hesitant of what company I could trust! Thank you! The Home Systems for making my home nice and cold on these three digits heat waves coming to us these days.

Thank you for your awesome service, it's been a pleasure buying a new unit from them. The reason is because they went out of there way to help. on Monday our old unit burn out . So I call the old company to get my warranty because we still had another year of services but they said no and they went me to get another unit without honoring my warranty, my friend recommended jesus chain and I call him and from one day to another they came to set us up with a new unit thank you because in this household I have an elderly lady and disabled person living with me imagine the sacrifice we did for a week and we live in a manufacturer home also we found out our thermostats was burn , I'm very grateful that it didn't burn our home so thank you again jesus, Joe and Alex for setting up our unit may the lord continue to bless them. This is definitely five star services or more in my book.

Jesus and his team did and an excellent job providing all information and details about the installation process for our new refrigerated system before during and after the actual installation. His team was very knowledgeable and friendly during the installation process, they were very clean with the work and the project/installation was executed in one day. Would highly recommend!

They have no pride in their craftsmanship. The vents were installed crooked and the cover for the copper lines outside were crooked too. I called and asked them to come and fix them but they never did. The receptionist wouldn't let me talk to anyone in charge. They failed the inspection twice and then threatened me that I would have to pay the inspection if I wasn't going to be home.

The service of my new refrigerated air was excellent. All personnel was very knowledgeable on what they were doing and were very clean and cordial I don’t regret hiring them to install my new system. I definitely recommend them to whoever is planning on doing an upgrade to their a/c heating system. Great work keep it up!
