They have really good service, awesome company friendly and very clean job they did. Will definetly recommend them. They explain everything as detailed as possible for you to understand how everything works. I am really happy with the service they provided and the job done at my house. System is really easy to use and have not had any problems with it.

I recommend this company 100% I had set up different appointments with multiple companys no one showed up. I called The home systems and that same day I had Pablo at my door, he explained Trane system to me and loved the quality, in matter of minutes got me approved and that next day my cooler and heater was installed, They are the best in town let me tell you that.

I'm going to give this company a 5 star because i could only put five stars. I wish I had a option for 10. Jesus was my sales man. I called him on a Wednesday and by Thursday my Trane system was installed. Not only did they do a great job with explaining how it works and the installation .
But a week later the system went down, I contacted jesus on a Saturday and within the same day he had arranged to put a new system so that I wouldn't have to be with out a cooling system for the weekend. I strongly recommend them ! They are all very professional and excellent people !

Mr. Chain was very respectful of our time, and prepared when discussing options. They didn't have a Trane, but had an Amana of comparable value.
I didn't get names of those that did the install, but all 3 men worked efficiently, and were respectful of the property.
I would highly recommend!

Called The Home System company due to needed A/C repairs. Joe the tech came out. I told him we suspected the unit most likely had a leak and if he would please check it to confirm. After 10 minutes of inspecting furnace and a/c, he tells me it has no leak and it just needs a little coolant. He adds the coolant and leaves. My home began cooling after he left. However, Two hours later my a/c starts to increase temperature and won’t cool. I call back and request the tech come back. He agrees to come back the following morning to check it out again.
Come the following morning, He never shows up. I called numerous numbers and no answer (it was Saturday). Finally, I find Jesus (supervisor) who sends the tech over within 2 hours. Joe shows up again still denying there was a leak. So he looks at it and immediately tells me I have a big problem. Come to find my compressor busted! I asked Joe how this happened to which he replied that he charged it w coolant and the pressure caused it to bust through a leak that must have been present. So i reminded him that we suspected a leak since day one. He said it’s impossoble to know if it has a leak and they go based of “eyeballing” it, and he didn’t “see” a leak. I thought I had called a “professional” to assess my unit and repair it but Instead they left me w no a/c during these triple digit temps., and negative thousands of dollars as these hunts run $6-8,000. All this due to their poor diagnostics. Had they diagnosed it correctly, they would have fixed the leak and none of this would have happened.
To top it off, the first day Joe the tech “repaired” my unit, he told me he doesn’t give out receipts and that the secretary would Mail it to me. I agreed as this was during a weekend and assumed I’d be getting it by Monday. Come Monday morning, I call to let them know I’m on my way to the office so they can work on my receipt. The supervisor tells me he will not give me a receipt and instead he’s returning my money back. I told him I don’t want my money, I need proof of the services rendered. Still, he refused. Now I have no way of proving they went out and no way of showing they broke my unit in litigation.
Please, save yourselves the trouble of dealing with this company. Save your hard earned money!!! Don’t hire this company unless your willing to put up with their sneaky ways.

Just had an HVAC unit installed this week and have nothing, but good things to say about this company.
From our POC Jesus Chain who gave us a our estimate and follow up services to the team of installers, all extremely professional and accomodating. They provided professional customer service and great work ethics. Definitely recommended.

Spoke with Jesus (owner) about my air conditioner not cooling, he assured me a technician would be over to my home shortly. In less than an hour I get a call from the tech telling me he is 9 minutes from my home. I meet him and he quickly finds out what is wrong with the unit (cant remember the part that was busted) and tech replaced the part to make my family's day so much better! I am impressed with the level of proffesionalism, urgency, efficiency and attention I was given. I will only deal with and recommend The Home Systems moving forward. Thank you Jesus and Tech (dont remember techs name 😅) for making this so easy and absolutely affordable!

After they did a visual inspection and said they would come back the next day(s) they never came.
A bit unprofessional, if they were honest and tell me they had a lot of work, and they could only schedule me in the following days or weeks... . . it would have been fine ...
30 minutes later after I did my review, Company called me back, they apologized and asked if I still needed help with my AC unit.

This company is honestly amazing! After a struggle for a few hours to see how they fan connect the system into my mobile home, they pulled it off and the results were incredible!✌♥️ Even with the 105 ° El Paso heat , I walk into my home and right away I'm looking for a blanket, that how amazing this machine is ‼💯 thank you guys for you time, patients and hard work, ima recomendd you all to my friends and family !!!

I called five companies for quotes. One company did not even call me back. This company sent Jesus who not only gave me the best price but he also said it included tax, AND I was getting a better unit (TRANE) than the others had quoted since it was a top of the line name AND had the variable speed. I received all the vents at no extra charge. The other company wanted to charge me $400 if I bought them there. Also they could install the NEXT DAY, none of the others could do that. Gloria is the secretary, and Carlos and his team came out for the install. There were three total who arrived around 830 am and we're cleaning up by 330 pm. They were very hard workers only stopping once to eat lunch and that was pretty quick, one of the guys picked it up and they all ate pretty fast. The last company installed a RUUD directly on the cement but HS lifted my new unit, so that it was not sitting in the wet rainy floor. They cleaned up after themselves. The other companies varied on whether to remove the existing pipes but the one that was going to replace them was of course charging me more. This company replaced them at no extra cost. They told me they honor their warrantee and do not want to take a chance that old pipes create a problem. The other companies said they would just purge the old ones. They even added an outdoor electrical outlet which I was really happy about! I even received a new WiFi thermostat since my existing nest did not work with a dual speed. The other company charged $180 for this. This company rocks!
