Extremely impressed.
After reading ALL the positive reviews, I decided to call Mr. Ian Hicks.
When I explained to him that the A/C unit was almost flooding our livingroom, he immediately fit us into his schedule; they showed up right away, immediately knew the issue and fixed it very quickly.

Calling this company was the BEST decision I've made in a long time because they helped me avoid a huge and very expensive disaster at our home.

There's plenty of other companies that would have taken advantage of this A/C emergency.
However, Mr. Hicks, his Staff and his company are VERY honest, very reasonable and very professional.

On a 104° day, Longhorn Maintenance Heating and Cooling took care of our AC problem like true pros (electrical issue on roof mounted unit). I would most definitely call them again and highly recommend their services. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast!

Our refrigerated air unit is a bit older and started making weird noises, wasn’t blowing cold air. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire unit. Called these guys, diagnosed the problem quickly, changed out a part plus recommended service and cleaning of unit and coils for a very reasonable price. Glad we did it. Good to say unit was up and running in no time working better than when new... On time, courteous, professional, clean work and also had price hard to beat.

Highly Recommend! We have used Longhorn Maintenance for a variety of things. Twice a year they provide maintenance on our heaters, and have fixed multiple heaters as well. They have repaired the AC units on top of our warehouse. I have also personally had Ian and his crew install refrigerated air at my grandmas house. Longhorn Maintenance always does the job correctly. They use the right kind of materials for the job, and since they do not cut corners, you will definitely have peace of mind when they are finished. I honestly have no reason to use any other company than Longhorn Maintenance and Cooling because they always do what they say they are going to do!

I've used Longhorn twice, both times for my refrigerated unit. They responded on a timely manner and did real good work. On the second call, we experienced some miscommunication. However, after contacting management to voice my concern, they went out of their way to make sure that all was cleared up and that I was happy with their service.
