Longhorn Maintenance Heating and Cooling

When I was looking for great quality work I came across Longhorn and just read all the great reviews. This is really what made me call them.

However I definitely appreciated Ian and his crew at the company who were super professional, prompt and just knowledgeable regarding what I was looking for. Ian really explained the whole process, what I would be getting and just the advantages of switching to refrigeration.

One of the best things about this company is that they are local. They finished the job within and in fact earlier than they had told me. At the end of each day, they clean the work area inside which was super important to me as I have 4 furry kids.

I look for quality work, honesty and no BS. I definitely recommend them. I like how involved Ian is, who’s father started the business. He gives you the quote quickly, as at the job site, and follows up with you after the job is complete.

Called them when my builders HVAC guys couldn’t fix my issue. They were able to diagnose the issue in one visit. Definitely recommend.

Great service!!!! Our a/c stopped blowing cold air thursday afternoon. We called right away but they said they didnt have any appt. Till monday. They did mention if they had time or a cancelation they could squeeze us in. To our suprise they showed up on friday late morning to fix our a/c. This weekend was gonna be the hottest yet for the year so we are very greatful with the company. Service techs were very profesional and fast, Def recommend calling them for a/c service. You wont be dissappointed

Was able to quickly schedule an appointment, even in the start of summer when I’m sure it’s a popular time for hvac calls. They quickly identified the issue and gave me a couple of options for how I wanted to proceed, then fixed it all up! I would call them again if another issue came up.

We are very happy we decided to go with Longhorn after several other quotes. We installed a 3 ton mini split unit into our 3 car garage. We are very please with this unit we chose. It works great and cools very quickly. Our Sales Rep was nice and on time and very informative. The crew that installed the unit were on time and new exactly what they were doing. Outstanding service. Ian and his crew from Longhorn Heating and Cooling, just finished installing my new Rheum refrigeration system. They did terrific and outstanding work, very professional in dealing with all details, they even went out of their way to find me a custom made vent. Customer oriented.
