Always consistently end-to-end great service with Force Home. They've made improvements to their website allowing for quick scheduling of appointments online. Their scheduling team later followed up with a phone call to confirm the details online. Day of service you can expect communication confirming dispatch with a reasonable time estimate. Our service tech, Cody, has been here several times now handling warranty or freeze plumbing issues, and his service & quality of work is top notch. Cody gave great input & options on a pressure releasing valve to minimize both the risk and the cost.

I bought and built a new outdoor grill for the summer season, but needed help getting it connected to our natural gas line with the necessary and appropriate fittings.
Jax gave me a call ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and he showed up exactly on time. From there, he was quick and thorough in assessing the task at hand. Once we agreed on a quote, he went straight to work in a professional, cordial, and efficient manner. Jax has a new fan in me. Thanks to him, my grill is ready for the holiday weekend.

We hired Force home services after noticing a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The leak turned out to be from a shower cartridge upstairs that needed to be replaced. This is fairly common and can easily be fixed without tearing out drywall. Unfortunately Force Home Services did over $1000 of unnecessary dry wall and tile tear out before taking the less invasive and less costly approach of first checking the shower cartridge. In addition to the damage they billed over $300 for the cartridge replacement. I would of been ok with the repair had they not done so much unnecessary damage. Multiple attempts were made to resolve this issue with the company and give them the opportunity to correct this before writing this negative review, but it was very difficult to get them to return phone calls. After almost two weeks of making phone calls I finally spoke with Brian. Brian talked in circles and acknowledged that tearing out drywall is not necessary to replace a cartridge but he still chose to defend what they did. I would not recommend this company.

Update** its been over a week and haven’t heard back from the Customer Service Lead/Drew.
The plumbers did fix the leak in my house (shower cartridge) but in the process, they also unnecessarily cut through dry wall upstairs and downstairs to find the leak. It was the shower cartridge and should have been the initial place to start, not tearing through dry wall/removing tile. I’ve been estimated $1200-1600 to fix this new damage and no call back from Force Homes.
Initially good service, informative and timely! Jax was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. This was the initial diagnostic appointment. Thank you all!

My husband called on a Monday and by Tuesday James was at our house diagnosing the issue with our AC units. Our units were 15 years old, so it was time to replace them. James went over our options and helped us make the best decision for our money. I am currently basking in a cool 73° house thanks to the installation crews! Thank you to Logan, Manny, Hector, Caleb, Steven, George, and Isaiah for your professionalism, promptness and efficiency.
Additional review: My husband has been in construction all his life and he said, “it’s not a matter of if something will go wrong, but when it will go wrong and customer service makes ALL the difference!” We ended up having a warranty issue on a holiday which James was able to come out and diagnose. The next day Drew and Mandy were in contact with us multiple times to keep us updated on the status of our unit. Long story short, something we thought could take 5-7 days ended up being less than 48 hours. George was very thorough with the warranty needs and he and Caleb got us all taken care of and in a cool house again! Thanks for the great customer service!

I have used Home Force Services a few times. The workers that come, they care always so friendly. Cody is an exceptionally good worker. He came to flush my water heater out, and without question, he explained everything he was going to do and how. I watched as he worked and let me tell you, he knows his business. When he left, the water heater was working great. Thank you, Cody for your help and for the work that you do. I would recommend this Company to anyone. They do great work!!!!!! I'm one happy customer 😍.

So I was unfortunate to have my AC compressor burn out this summer and had Force come out to fix my system.
Oh … a couple of details worth mentioning. A different installed first installed the unit when the house was being newly built 3 years ago and has had to do warranty work twice since then. The parts are still under warranty, but the labor was not.
NOW, having called them and having called Force, the cost was going to be the same (and as a new homeowner, it was a new “adjustment”) but Force wrapped the diagnostic fee and visit into the overall cost of the service where the original folks were not going to. Plus, the response time, the availability, having a local presence, the relative ease the office staff had in helping find solutions for financing or working through scheduling … it all showed me that this was the right choice to go with. Thankful for their work

I signed up for the routine maintenance through Force Home Services based on good prior experiences. We have 10+ year old A/C units and they started to show signs of their age. Mark Cotter was the HVAC technician who provide thorough and friendly service in checking the units. He took detailed pictures of each process and issues he found on the units. Decent amount of work was needed for each unit. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He went over costs and the best course of action to get the most out our old units. Mark , Logan, Isaiah, and Steven were the technicians that performed the installs the next day. They knew what they were doing and were efficient in completing the work. I asked questions during the install and they never hesitated to answer me. Very friendly and professional. Force Home Service has great group of employees who take pride in doing good work.

Excellent! Larry listened to and understood my problems with the installation done by the original contractor. Pointed out additional problems and deficiencies then crafted a solution that had a fair price. I received a total of 4 quotes. I have already committed to having my second unit inspected to fix any unseen issues. I highly recommend Force Home Services and Larry Rogers.
He found problems with the second unit - some from the installation done in 1984 and some done by the refurb contractor. As of right now I am a happy camper.
If you have an air-conditioning system, you need to use this company!!

I have had many years, actually decades, of excellent service from Force Home Services! They have built an excellent, reputable and reliable business which I turn to without question. Every interaction with them is very pleasant from every technician to office staff to management to the owner! My last interaction today was with Larry who came to our rescue quickly when the A/C was not working properly. He was very knowledgeable and repaired our simple issue quickly. You will not be sorry to become part of the Force Services family, as that is how you will be treated!
