I have used them for both plumbing and heating and air-conditioning service, repair and equipment installation for over 20 years. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Paul was fantastic! Showed up half an hour earlier than scheduled, answered all of my questions (since I didn’t know why my AC stopped blowing cold air), sorted out some crossed wiring that we didn’t even know we had, and really went above and beyond to get us up and running again! Thanks Paul!!

I noticed the fan on my outside unit stopped working yesterday just before 5 pm and was lucky to call in right before the office closed. The big freeze was headed our way, less than 24 hours. This morning, Paul showed up first thing and determined a new motor was needed. He located one in Dallas and drove to get it, then came straight back to install. The temperature dropped probably 30 degrees outside, and it started snowing, as he got the unit back up and running again. As he left, I started humming a little holiday tune:

Thankful for the warmth returning to the house today! Definitely recommend developing a relationship with this company.

Knowledgeable and educated me on my challenge. Took inventory of all my immediate plumbing challenges and addressed each one with me. Sent me some quotes on what needs fixing and what was needing a sense of urgency. If only all plumbers were like Cody. If only all plumbing companies were this one. Looking forward to more work to be done. Who says that? I say it now.

We decided to use Force after seeing hundreds of amazing reviews to install an entire new unit + new duct work. I assumed with that would come a new thermostat but that’s just a personal preference.
Josh the sales manager really sold you. Asked what he could do to win our business. After dealing with them it seems our response fell on deaf ears.

While the install went seemingly without issue we unfortunately found some. Days after the instal I received both a call and text from the people who installed the unit at 8:00 pm asking if they left tools at our house. While the hadn’t, I didn’t appreciate the late phone calls.

We noticed that the master bedroom wasn’t getting the right amount of AC and was 3-4 degrees warmer than the living room. While that may not seem like a big deal, it’s the difference between 75 and almost 80 degrees. I contacted josh about this and he said that he would have George call us and come over. I waited days for a call I never received.

That weekend we were waiting for George to call our thermostat kept kicking off every couple of minutes, raising our inside temp to 80 and the on call tech had to come out to inspect it. Leading us to the installation of the emergency stop valve for the condensation drain so loose that it tilted downward causing a malfunction in the safety override of the system.

Monday rolled around and I called again asking for George, an appointment was made for an arrival of 3-4 pm. George arrived at 11am. And when I called the office to ask why the appointment time had changed (as I wasn’t home) and left a voicemail- no one returned my call.

George and his associate showed up and made some adjustments and told me to wait a few days to see if it worked. If not we were going to have to “rob peter to pay Paul”. Which isn’t acceptable. We have a 1300 sq foot house and we’re sold on a 3 ton unit that was bigger than our old one which had no issues cooling the house- this shouldn’t be an issue.

So we waited. And of course, the issue isn’t fixed.
So I call again. And again someone says “George will call you back here shortly”, which silly me, I take to mean as same day.
Next day rolls around, 24 hours later and still no call. So again I call, and I’m told he is away on a family emergency until Tuesday.

So here I am, sleeping with 3 fans + a ceiling fan in my bedroom because it won’t cool properly and it is clearly not of importance because they already have our business.

I’m assuming with all the 5 star reviews we just caught them on a bad day, unfortunately we just keep catching them on those bad days.

So while I wish I could say I would, at this time I would not recommend them.

Had a basic service call today and all of my questions and issues were properly handled. I always appreciate the outstanding job performed by any of the plumbers at Force Home!
