We found Force Home Services through The Good Contractors List. From our first contact, they were professional and helpful. Larry helped us on the front end when figuring out the what we needed and giving us some options to fit our budget. Jorge was our installer and did a great job. It’s never fun to sink money into your HVAC system but this company makes sure you are taken care of and confident with your purchase. I will definitely use them again.

I signed up for an appointment online with Force Home Services whose name I got from the Good Contractors List to come out and look at the problem with roots in my sewer line. I received a call from scheduling to confirm my appointment and was asked to move to a different time slot which worked better for me. I was kept well informed via phone and e-mail about the time they would be on site. I received a phone call from Cody the technician about when he would be on site. Cody showed up on time listened to my concerns and then said he was going to perform a visual inspection of the sewer line to assess the problem. He explained what he found in detail showed me the video of the issues and then said he would give me multiple options on ways he could help solve the problem. He went back to his truck and a few minutes came back with the options. I received quotes via e-mail later that evening. Cody was a very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have all my ductwork replaced in my attic and added insulation to my attic manual Hector and Caleb were the most professional people as always Larry who is the person of contact is also very professional, and always courteous. They go above and beyond I would highly recommend this company, Force Home Services to anybody and everybody and I have.

James is such a great guy to have working on your HVAC unit. He really makes you feel confident in repairing these major types of issues. Not cheap, but these are the beautiful expenses of being a homeowner in Texas weather!

Cody was great. He called before the appointment and was right on time. Very polite and got the job done very quickly. The is the best experience I have had with a service company hands down. I Will absolutely use them again and will be sure to tell all my friends.

Been dealing with these guys for years. They installed an A/C, a mini-split (which kinda sucks, but I think it's the design of the machine), numerous faucet issues, drain problems, and a near complete re-pipe of our drain line.

Not one bit of this would I call cheap, but that's just how it goes.

The main thing is that when they say they'll be there, they are. Always responsive. That's what you want when there's water all over your floor.

Had my yearly A/C check and was thrilled to hear that I am good to go for this year. Larry was thorough in his checks and gave me a maintenance tip that while minor should help the longevity of my system.
Earlier this month, Jax and Jason did an extensive amount of plumbing work to replace faucets and my water heater as well as install a whole house water filter. Again, the work was very thorough and Jax walked me through everything I needed to make the best decisions on what to do.
Years ago, Force Home Services saved me when my A/C died during a major heat wave and has been an excellent company to work with ever since. I recommend their yearly maintenance program; absolutely worth the money!

I highly recommend FHS. I’ve used them twice for HVAC services - separate problems - and both times did a fantastic job. Our most recent issue was a component going out on the heater. FHS was able to have a technician out within an 1-1/2 hours of my call. Paul was awesome - professional, knowledgeable and fast. He identified the problem and provided options on having it fixed. He completed all the work in a little over an hour and my heat is back up and running. Thank you!
